The coating agent pump comprises a pump inlet for admitting the coating agent to be conveyed and a pump outlet for delivering the coating agent conveyed by the coating agent pump. In addition to the pump inlet and the pump outlet, a cleaning opening is provided for cleaning the coating agent pump of the coating agent situated in the coating agent pump.
Lubricant application to threaded pipe connections
An apparatus and associated methods for a pipe doping apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus may include a pump fluidly coupled to a reservoir and a dope manifold, the pump positioned to pump pipe dope from the reservoir to the dope manifold. The automated pipe doping apparatus may include an ejector coupled to the dope manifold, where the ejector positioned to supply a fixed volume of pipe dope from the dope manifold to a dope distribution line. The automated pipe doping apparatus may also include a pipe dope applicator, the pipe dope applicator fluidly coupled to the dope distribution line positioned to deposit pipe dope on a threaded connection.
High pressure water cleaner with detachable water tank
A high pressure water cleaner with detachable water tank includes a water cleaner main unit having an internal hydraulic pump, a top receptacle and a feed water connector in the receptacle in communication with the hydraulic pump, and a water tank detachably insertable into the receptacle and lockable to the receptacle by a movable lock. Thus, the water cleaner main unit and the water tank can be used together or separately subject to different application requirements.
Emergency subsystem for a fluid system
A fluid system includes an emergency subsystem and a main subsystem in fluid communication with a working element. The main subsystem is in fluid communication with the emergency subsystem. The system operates in a standard mode and an emergency mode. During standard mode, both the main and emergency subsystems jointly provide fluid to the working element. During emergency mode, the emergency subsystem is configured for independently providing fluid to the working element.
Coating applicator
An applicator and method of use is disclosed for applying coatings and paints to various surfaces. As shown, the sprayer may have an undercarriage frame that supports three-wheels. All three wheels may run parallel with the first wheels and second wheels attached to the sprayer frame via an undercarriage with the third wheel positioned behind and between both the first and second wheels on a separate arm or frame. The width of the sprayer booms may be adjusted. The undercarriage may be folded entirely or only a portion therein. The arm of the third wheel may be folded or telescope, as required by a particular application. A handle, which may be adjustable, may be positioned between the sprayer frame and the undercarriage. Use of the applicator according to the method discussed herein reduces operator fall exposure and increases application efficiency.
VEHICLE-MOUNTED GROUND MARKING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A ground marking system includes a position signal receiver configured to receive a position signal and generate current position information based on the position signal. A paint supply is configured to discharge paint onto ground beneath the paint supply. A first actuator is operatively connected to the paint supply for linearly moving the paint supply in both a first direction and a second direction opposite the first direction. A second actuator is operatively connected to the paint supply for controlling the discharge of paint from the paint supply. A memory device stores predetermined positional data. A processor is in communication with the position signal receiver and the memory device, and is configured to control linear movements of the first actuator based on the current position information received from the position signal receiver and the predetermined positional data stored in the memory device, and adjust a position of the paint supply.
Fluid injection or suction device
The present invention includes: a cylinder; a piston that is inserted in the cylinder and partitions an interior of the cylinder into fluid chambers and; guides that support the piston and guide movement of the cylinder, the guides including a first internal flow passage and a second internal flow passage; and nozzles communicating with the fluid chambers, respectively, wherein a pipe to communicate with a fluid pressure source is configured to switch between the external pipes, a flow passage from the fluid pressure source to the nozzles includes a short-circuit flow passage that short-circuits a flow passage communicating with the fluid pressure source and a flow passage not communicating with the fluid pressure source, and this short-circuit flow passage is provided with a throttle unit that throttles a flow passage.
Liquid dispensing apparatus, coating apparatus for same, and liquid dispensing method
A liquid dispensing apparatus (1) includes a liquid contact member (2) that has measuring bores (11, 11). A first piston (3) slides in the first measuring bore (11) and a second piston (3) sliding in the second measuring bore (11). A supply channel (5) communicates with a storage unit (17). An ejection channel (6) communicates with a nozzle (18). A switching valve (4) is disposed in a space in the liquid contact member (2), and that has a first position and a second position. A valve driving mechanism (8) operates the switching valve (4). A piston driving mechanism (9) operates an arm (19) connected to the first and second pistons. The first and second measuring bores are arranged to oppose to each other on both sides of the switching valve (4), and the supply channel (5) and the ejection channel (6) are arranged adjacent to the switching valve.
Replaceable Cartridge for Coating System
A replaceable cartridge for a coating system includes a reservoir configured for containing a volume of a coating and a recirculation loop having an inlet and an outlet in fluid communication with the reservoir. The cartridge further includes a first pump in fluid communication with the recirculation loop. The first pump is configured for recirculating the coating from the reservoir through the recirculation loop. The cartridge further includes a second pump in fluid communication with the recirculation loop, the second pump being configured to selectively aspirate the coating from the recirculation loop and deliver the coating to a coating device.
Pump, apparatus for supplying chemical liquid and apparatus for processing substrate
Provided are a pump, an apparatus for supplying a chemical liquid and an apparatus for processing a substrate. The pump includes a tube having elasticity and having a flow path through which a chemical liquid flows in; and a case having an internal space partitioned into at least two chambers through which gas is supplied or discharged, where the at least two chambers cover an outer circumference of the tube. Using the pump, the apparatus for supplying a chemical liquid and the apparatus for processing a substrate, by an operation in which gas is supplied or discharged into each partitioned chamber in the case, by applying or releasing pressure to the outer circumference of each corresponding tube independently without interfering between the internal pressures between the chambers, efficient pumping operation of the pump may be obtained, and precise control of the discharge pressure of the liquid may be implemented.
