The ejector main body includes: a vertical supply pipe for sucking-up liquid; an ejection barrel communicating with the inside of the vertical supply pipe; and a trigger mechanism including a trigger, the trigger being arranged to be movable rearward in state of receiving forward force, and the trigger mechanism being lead liquid from the vertical supply pipe into the ejection barrel in accordance with rearward movement of the trigger and to eject the liquid from the ejection barrel. The nozzle member is provided with: a cylinder communicating with the inside of the ejection barrel through a supply hole; a plunger accommodated in the cylinder to be movable rearward in a state of receiving forward force; and a communication hole allowing the inside of the cylinder and ejection hole to communicate with each other.
PUMP HEAD AND METERING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a pump head with a specially configured elastic valve which enables secure closure of the pump head. It is ensured by the valve that complete emptying and, at the same time, secure closing of the pump head is ensured so that no residues of fluid to be metered remain in the storage state of the pump head. In addition, the present invention relates to a metering device which can be configured for example as squeeze bottle, as non-airless system or as airless system, the metering device comprising a pump head according to the invention.
FLUID DISPENSER
A nozzle arrangement adapted for a pump dispenser, e.g. a manually-operated pump dispenser, that is activated by an actuation stroke of an actuator or a trigger handle to dispense a fluid from a container as a spray, e.g. an atomised spray, a foam, a gel, a paste or a liquid, wherein the nozzle arrangement is positioned downstream of, and in fluid communication with, a pump chamber of the dispenser and the nozzle arrangement comprises: an expansion chamber having an inlet and an outlet; and a movable plunger disposed within the expansion chamber, the movable plunger being arranged such that it can move, in use, in an upstream and downstream direction to vary the volume of the expansion chamber, wherein the plunger is biased by a resiliently deformable component such as a spring, the resiliently deformable component providing a biasing force in the downstream direction; wherein, in use, the actuation stroke causes the fluid to enter the expansion chamber at a faster rate than the fluid can be discharged from the expansion chamber via the outlet, whereby a pressure build-up within the expansion chamber pushes the plunger in the upstream direction against the biasing force provided by the resiliently deformable component such that fluid entering the expansion chamber is discharged via the outlet during the actuation stroke and after the actuation stroke, due to the biasing force provided by the resiliently deformable component causing the plunger to move in the downstream direction, thereby causing fluid to be discharged via the outlet.
EXTRUSION DEVICE AND LIQUID SUPPLY APPARATUS EMPLOYING SAME
The present disclosure provides an extrusion device and a liquid supply apparatus employing the same. The extrusion device includes a connection base, a first elastic valve, a pump base, a second elastic valve and an outlet connector. When the movable assembly of the pump base is driven by an external force and moves toward a first hollow portion of the pump base, the first elastic valve is close, the second elastic valve is open, and the liquid inside the pump base is discharged through the pump base and the outlet connector. When the movable assembly is driven by a resilience of an elastic element and moves away from the first hollow portion, the second elastic valve is close, the first elastic valve is open, and the liquid inside a vessel flows into the pump base through the connection base and the pump base.
SUSTAINED DURATION TRIGGER SPRAYERS AND METHODS FOR MAKING THE SAME
A sustained duration trigger sprayer capable of dispensing at least 3 mL of product over a time period of about 3 seconds utilizing a force-to-actuate of between about 10 pounds and about 15 pounds. The trigger sprayer includes an enlarged piston bore and piston and an elongated trigger lever creating a high output fluid displacement with a 0.5 inch displacement distance. The container bottle and/or the sprayer shroud are contoured to provide a gripping area opposing the terminal end of the trigger lever wherein the gripping distance in from the gripping area to the terminal end of the trigger lever is no greater than 3.3 inches.
TRIGGER SPRAYER
To provide a trigger sprayer that can maintain uniformity of a chemical solution containing fine powder and is superior in flow efficiency. The trigger sprayer of the present invention is designed such that a piston part 5 is moved by a pivotal movement of a trigger part, while being attached to a container, so as to apply a pressure to a liquid inside a cylinder part 42A of a cylinder structural part 4 so that the liquid in the container is jetted from a nozzle part 3 through a passage P.
An F valve 2 attached to a bottom part of the cylinder part 42A serving a passage between the cylinder part 42A and the container and an S valve 1 installed in a passage part P between the cylinder part 42A and the nozzle part 3 are installed, and the F valve 2 is constituted by a cylinder-shaped base part 22 and a second valve body 21 having a sealing function as well as a small spring 22A coupling the cylinder-shaped base part 22 and the second valve body 21 to each other, and the second valve body 21 is further provided with a lower face part and a tilt part 21A on an opposite side, and the lower face part is fitted into the bottom part of the cylinder part 42A to be fixed therein, with the second valve body 21 being resiliently made in contact with a second valve mount 42A1 formed on the bottom part of the cylinder part 42A, and by pushing the tilt part 21A of the second valve body 21 by the bottom part of the piston part 5, the second valve body 21 is tilted so that one portion thereof is separated from the second valve mount 42A1, thereby opening the valve.
Adjustable dosing dispensers and methods for using the same
Embodiments of the invention relate to dosing dispensers and in particular to dosing dispensers that may be operated using one hand by raising and filling a dosing chamber followed by lowering and dispensing a product from the dosing chamber and wherein the dose may be selected or adjusted and a user may visually confirm that the proper dose is being loaded and delivered by the dispenser.
Trigger Dispenser
A trigger dispenser device (1) envisages a secondary liquid aspiration duct (50) in communication with the dispenser duct, and a primary liquid aspiration duct (8) in communication with the container, off-axis with each other. Between these, a joining compartment (64) is provided communicating upstream with the primary liquid aspiration duct (8) and communicating downstream with the secondary liquid aspiration duct (50) to form the fluidic connection between them. In particular, the container (C) is of the type with built-in suction pipe.
