20170246648 · 2017-08-31 ·

A pump for a receptacle (10), in particular a bottle intended to contain a cosmetic product. The pump (1) has a pumping chamber (8) with a variable volume defined at least partly by a deformable membrane (3). The pump (1) functioning by varying the volume of the chamber (8) by elastic deformation of the membrane (3) between an initial state in which the chamber (8) has a maximum volume and a deformed state in which the volume of the chamber (8) is minimum. The chamber (8) being provided with an inlet orifice (22) and an outlet orifice for the product. The pump (1) has a means for deforming the membrane configured to exert a pressure on the membrane (3) and a guide rod (20) passing through the membrane (3). The membrane (3) slides along the rod (20) when it undergoes said deformation.

PUMP DISPENSERS

A pump dispenser has a deformable pump chamber constituted by first and second part-chambers each having a respective resiliently deformable faceted chamber wall and a connecting conduit communicating between them. They may be moulded in one piece and require no separate restoring spring. The first and second part-chambers may be disposed in line between a pump body providing an inlet valve from a container and a movable actuator cap providing a valved outlet.

FLUID DISPENSER

The disclosure discloses a dual-spring all-plastic vacuum pump which includes a base and a pressing head. A feeding hole is formed in a bottom of the base, an accommodating cavity is defined by assembly of the pressing head and the base, the feeding hole is in communication with the accommodating cavity, and a limiting cover, a plastic one-way spring, a discharging member and a plastic reset spring are disposed in the accommodating cavity. The limiting cover surrounds the feeding hole, a guide hole in a top of the limiting cover is in communication with an interior of the limiting cover, the plastic one-way spring is clamped between the base and the limiting cover, a fixed end of the plastic one-way spring is in connection and communication with the feeding hole, a stressed end of the plastic one-way spring is in communication with the guide hole, and the fixed end and the stress are opposite. The discharging member is disposed between the pressing head and the limiting cover, the discharging member penetrates through the guide hole and is in communication with the stressed end, and the discharging member is configured to receive materials to the pressing head for output. The plastic reset spring is clamped between the discharging member and the limiting cover. Pressing of the pressing head is configured to push the discharging member to compress the plastic one-way spring. By means of the solution, a metal spring is replaced with a plastic spring, and the problem that an existing pump head is inconvenient to directly recycle is practically solved.

Dispenser for dispensing a fluid

Described is a dispenser for dispensing a fluid, made of plastic material, including: —a ring nut having an inner cylindrical wall equipped with partial grooves; —a concertina-like deformable element, defining a return spring of the dispenser and including a cylindrical lower projection equipped with relative partial grooves; —a ring designed to define with the ring nut a locking system designed to define an operating configuration and a non-operating configuration of the dispenser in such a way as to pull the concertina-like deformable element in such a way as to align the partial grooves of the cylindrical wall of the ring nut and the partial grooves of the concertina-like deformable element.

Set consisting of a pump dispenser and an evaluation unit

A set including a pump dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical or cosmetic liquids and an external evaluation unit, which is designed to be exchangeable so that, after the pump dispenser has been emptied, the evaluation unit can be attached to a new pump dispenser. The evaluation unit can be attached to the discharging head of the pump dispenser such that the evaluation unit detects an actuation button and can be partially displaced with same. The evaluation unit can alternatively have a receiving container which is open on at least one side and into which the pump dispenser can be inserted and the force application of which is detected on actuation.

Nebulizer and reservoir

A nebulizer for nebulizing a fluid and a reservoir with a fluid are proposed. The reservoir includes a collapsible bag with the fluid, where the bag extends in a circumferential direction within the housing part and wherein the reservoir is manually rotated for tensioning the nebulizer.

Liquid dispenser
11179739 · 2021-11-23 · ·

A discharge head for a liquid dispenser having a base, an actuation handle, a liquid inlet and a discharge opening. The discharge head has a pump mechanism which conveys liquid from a liquid store to the discharge opening. To control liquid to be discharged and/or inflowing air, the discharge head has a valve with a valve flap which closes a valve channel and transfers to an open position by a positive pressure that exceeds a threshold positive pressure. The discharge head has an effector element bearing on the handle and the base, which deforms when the handle is pressed down. The valve flap is designed and attached to the effector element such that the deformation of same acts on the valve flap so that the threshold positive pressure, beyond which the valve flap leaves its closed position, is at least 10% lower in an actuated end position than in a non-actuated end position.
