BINARY NOZZLE, SPRAY HEAD AND METHOD
A binary nozzle for atomizing a mixture of agent to be sprayed and spray air is connected to at least one supply duct via which the mixture or the agent to be sprayed can be supplied to the binary nozzle, wherein a valve is arranged between this supply duct and a nozzle outlet of the binary nozzle. A corresponding spray head and also a method for atomizing a mixture of agent to be sprayed and spray air uses a binary nozzle. The binary nozzle includes a nozzle body formed in a single piece and including the nozzle outlet, wherein a movable assembly of the valve is fastened to the nozzle body by a fastening element and/or held tight against the nozzle body by a spring device.
Scrubber filter assembly for control valve on a water supply pipe in an irrigation system
A scrubber filter assembly including: a shaft mounted in an interior passage of a housing and configured to reciprocally move within the housing; a water outlet coupling on a side of the shaft which extends through a slot in the housing wherein the outlet coupling moves reciprocally within the slot as the shaft moves reciprocally, an inlet at a distal end of the shaft and the inlet extends into a water passage within the collar, wherein the inlet includes an outer surface having a filter configured to allow water to enter the inlet and prevent debris entering the water passage; and an edge extending around the perimeter of the outer surface of the inlet, wherein the edge is fixed to the collar, and the edge is configured to scrape debris from the filter as the inlet moves reciprocally with the shaft.
Method for fluid pressure control in a closed system
A method for controlling a system pressure within a closed system includes sending a signal to a pressure control valve corresponding to a pressure set point and actuating the pressure control valve to vary a pilot pressure of a control fluid contained within a pressure control line that is fluidly connected to a pressure regulator. A diaphragm of the pressure regulator is disposed between the pressure control line and a system line and acts on a fluid with the system line to modify the system pressure.
EMITTER AND DRIP IRRIGATION TUBE INCLUDING THE SAME
The present invention aims to provide an emitter and a drip irrigation tube that can suppress the variations in the discharge amount of the liquid caused by pressure fluctuations of the liquid in the drip irrigation tube. The emitter of the present invention is to be disposed on an inner wall of a tube including a discharge port, for regulating discharge of irrigation liquid from an inside of the tube to an outside of the tube via the discharge port. The emitter includes an intake portion; a regulating unit; a discharge portion; and a flow path. The regulating unit includes a recess; and a film, the film is fixed in a state of covering an inner space of the recess, a region of the film covering the inner space of the recess is a diaphragm portion, the recess has a through hole inside thereof on its bottom surface, the through hole of the recess communicates with the discharge portion, the recess has a slit communicating with the through hole on its bottom surface, and an edge portion forming an upper surface-side opening of the through hole on the bottom surface of the recess, except for the slit, is a valve seat portion for the film. In a state where the emitter is disposed in the tube, when no liquid is present in the tube, the diaphragm portion of the film is not in contact with the valve seat portion, and when the liquid is present in the tube, the diaphragm portion of the film can be in contact with the valve seat portion in accordance with a pressure of the liquid. The diaphragm portion of the film comes into contact with an entire valve seat portion with a time difference.
Sanitary insertion unit
A sanitary insertion unit includes an insertion housing in which at least one closing valve having an annular channel is provided. An annular valve body composed of elastic material is arranged in the annular channel, the valve body deforms under the pressure of the incident fluid in such a way that the valve body tightly closes the annular channel. The annular channel of the closing valve has a profile on an inner and outer channel wall. Via the profile, better controllability of the closing valve during the closing process of the valve body of the closing valve can be achieved and disturbing noises and vibrations are effectively avoided.
COATING DEVICE AND ASSOCIATED OPERATING METHOD
The disclosure concerns a coating device for coating components with a coating agent, in particular for painting motor vehicle body components with a paint, with a printhead for applying the coating agent to the component, and with a coating agent supply for supplying the printhead with the coating agent to be applied, wherein the coating agent flows from the coating agent supply to the printhead at a specific coating agent pressure and a specific flow rate. The disclosure provides that the coating supply will control the coating agent pressure and/or the flow rate of the coating agent. Furthermore, the disclosure includes an associated operating method.
Compressed-fluid discharge control device
In a compressed-fluid discharge control device, there are formed a valve chamber communicated with a discharge channel and supply channels for supplying a compressed fluid, and a pilot chamber into which the compressed fluid is introduced from the supply channels. A diaphragm valve for communicating or cutting off communication of the supply channels and the discharge channel seats on or separates from a valve seat provided in the valve chamber. Pilot channels through which a compressed fluid supplied to the pilot chamber passes are formed in the diaphragm valve. The compressed-fluid discharge control device has a pilot chamber opening/closing valve for opening or closing the pilot chamber. The pilot chamber opening/closing valve includes a solenoid valve which is opened in response to energization thereof and closed in response to de-energization thereof.
ACTUATOR, LIQUID DISCHARGE HEAD, LIQUID DISCHARGE DEVICE, AND LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS
An actuator includes a diaphragm, a lower electrode on the diaphragm, an electromechanical transducer film on the lower electrode, and an upper electrode on the electromechanical transducer film. The diaphragm includes a first silicon oxide film having a thickness of 0.5 m or more, a silicon layer on the first silicon oxide film, a thickness of which is 3 m or more, and a second silicon oxide film on the silicon layer, a thickness of which is 0.5 m or more. A volume resistivity of the silicon layer is 10.sup.3 .Math.cm or more and 10.sup.6 .Math.cm or less.
COMPONENT MIXING JET
A component mixing jet including a jet nozzle housing with at least one component inlet and one component outlet. An axially movable jet needle is arranged in a reception in the jet nozzle housing and can rest against the jet nozzle housing with an axial end in the region of the component outlet in a sealable manner. The jet needle is connected with a membrane fixed in the jet nozzle housing. A pressure chamber is arranged in the jet nozzle housing at the side of the membrane averted from the axial end of the jet needle. The membrane is a holding element for the jet needle and guides the jet needle axially and holds it radially in the reception. The axial region between the membrane and the axial end of the jet needle is free from any bearing element for the jet needle in the region of the component outlet.
SHOWER JET GENERATING DEVICE HAVING AN OVERPRESSURE VALVE
A shower jet generating device for a shower head, illustratively for a sanitary shower head, including a shower jet disk delimiting a fluid chamber on an outlet side and including at least one jet outlet opening leading out of the fluid chamber and at least one overpressure valve opening, and comprising at least one overpressure valve disposed on the overpressure valve opening. The overpressure valve illustratively includes an overpressure outlet opening leading out of the fluid chamber, an immobile valve seat and a valve body capable of movement controlled by a fluid pressure in the fluid chamber and interacting with the valve seat, which valve body, in a normal pressure position, rests against the valve seat, thereby closing the overpressure outlet opening, and, in an overpressure position, is lifted off the valve seat, thereby exposing the overpressure outlet opening.
