Antimicrobial-containing silicone lubricious coatings
Novel, lubricious antimicrobial coatings for medical devices are disclosed. The coatings provide improved lubricity and durability and are readily applied in coating processes at low temperatures that do not deform the device and preserves the antimicrobial effectiveness of the antimicrobial agent. The present invention is also directed to a novel platinum catalyst for use in such coatings. The catalyst provides for rapid curing, while inhibiting cross-linking at ambient temperatures, thereby improving the production pot life of the coatings.

A spray apparatus of the present invention is furnished with: an atomization tank 11; an atomizing device 12; a blower 13 that blows air through a blow port 11b; and send-out port 11c; a first baffle plate 14a and a second baffle plate 14b, connected to an inner side of a top panel of the atomization tank. The first baffle plate 14a is furnished with a first edge piece 14ae disposed spaced apart at a predetermined spacing from an inner face of the atomization tank 11 along one widthwise end thereof, and the blow port 11b is arranged to the one widthwise end of a connection piece 14ac between the first baffle plate 14a and the atomization tank 11. The second baffle plate 14b is furnished with a second edge piece 14be disposed spaced apart at a predetermined spacing from the inner face of the atomization tank 11 along the other widthwise end thereof, and the blow port 11c is arranged to the other widthwise end of a connection piece 14bc between the second baffle plate 14b and the atomization tank 11.

A spraying apparatus of the present invention is furnished with: an atomization tank 11 enabled for storing a liquid formulation; an atomizing device 12 being ultrasonic vibration elements arranged in the atomization tank interior, for atomizing the liquid formulation to generate fine particles; a blower 13 furnished with a blower element enabled for maintaining predetermined rpm, for blasting into the atomization tank interior, through a blow port 11b provided in the atomization tank, conveyance air that is for conveying the fine particles of the liquid formulation; a send-out port 11c, provided in the atomization tank, through which the fine particles are sent out together with the conveyance air; and a baffle plate 14a arranged in the atomization tank interior; wherein with one end part of the baffle plate 14a being spaced apart at a predetermined spacing from the inner surface of the atomization tank, the other end part is connected to the inner side of the atomization tank, and meanwhile, the baffle plate 14a is arranged so as to receive, at a surface on one side thereof, conveyance air through the blow port, and to receive, at a surface on the other side thereof, liquid columns of the liquid formulation, generated by the ultrasonic vibration elements.
ULTRASONIC SPRAY APPARATUS THAT BLOCKS AIR CONTACT TO PREVENT CHANGES IN PROPERTIES OF IONIZED WATER
An ultrasonic spray apparatus is configured to minimize contact between bubbles, which are generated due to ultrasonic excitation, and ionized water when the bubbles are discharged. The ultrasonic spray apparatus is configured so that a discharge pipe is installed to start from a bottom or a side surface of an accommodation space storing ionized water and protrude above the ionized water filled in the accommodation space. The bubbles are able to be discharged into the accommodation space through the discharge pipe. Changes in properties of the ionized water may be prevented. The properties of the ionized water may be utilized as they are. The discharge of the bubbles is possible even when anyone of the branched portions is blocked, and interference with a flow of the bubbles is prevented in advance even when water drops or the like generated inside the accommodation space block any one of the branched portions.

The mist spray device according to the present invention is formed by including a mist generator configured to generate mists to above water surface of the water contained in a water tank, an air blower and an air guide part configured to form an air passage to allow the air flow generated by the air blower to be moved to a mist discharge port. Particularly, the water tank is disposed with an inlet through which part of the air flow generated by the air blower is introduced and an outlet through which the mists generated by the mist generator are discharged to the air passage, and an amount of air introduced into the water tank can be adjusted using the air inflow adjustment part.

For this purpose, the nebulization chamber has a substantially rotationally symmetrical boundary wall, the inlet channel being positioned and oriented in the region of its point of entry into the nebulization chamber in such a way that its longitudinal axis is offset relative to the axis of symmetry of the nebulization chamber in the region of the point of entry and does not intersect the axis of symmetry.

Disclosed are an inclined ultrasonic atomizing sheet structure, an atomizer and an electronic cigarette. The inclined ultrasonic atomizing sheet structure comprises atomization cotton and an ultrasonic atomizing sheet. The ultrasonic atomizing sheet is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane, and two ends of the atomization cotton are used for connecting to tobacco tar in a tobacco tar cavity via tobacco tar guide cotton, or the two ends of the atomization cotton are directly arranged in the tobacco tar cavity. A lower surface of the atomization cotton is in contact with an atomization surface of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet. The ultrasonic atomizing sheet structure can prevent the ultrasonic atomizing sheet from being soaked in the tobacco tar and thus prevent the situation that smoke cannot be produced by atomization.

ULTRASONIC NEBULIZER
An ultrasonic nebulizer includes a working tank configured to be detachable with respect to a main body. The working tank includes a rod-shaped tank-side contact electrode that extends in a vertical direction along an outer wall of the working tank. A specific portion that corresponds to a portion in a circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface of the tank-side contact electrode is exposed from the outer wall, and the remaining portion of the outer circumferential surface of the tank-side contact electrode is embedded inside of the outer wall and is connected to an electrode of an ultrasonic vibrator. A main body-side contact electrode comes into contact with the specific portion of the outer circumferential surface of the tank-side contact electrode when the working tank is mounted on the main body.
