20220055057 · 2022-02-24 ·

An automated mobile sprayer (AMS) includes a mobile base, an applicator arm supported by the mobile base, and a nozzle extending from the applicator arm. The nozzle receives fluid from a fluid supply and generates an atomized fluid spray for application to a surface. The applicator arm moves vertically relative to the mobile base and the surface to cause the nozzle to generate a vertical fluid stripe. The mobile base moves laterally relative to the surface to cause the nozzle to generate a horizontal fluid stripe.

A topical high resolution image of edible ink and having a resolution of at least 100 dots per inch is applied to a top major surface of a length of food (14) in the form of a thin fruit based paste or confection slurry by a digital imaging printer (130). The length of food (14) is at a temperature of at least about 75° C. at the time of application. During application, the food (14) is supported upon a moveable platform (136) mounted by parallelogram links (138) and which is moved parallel to the digital imaging printer (130) according to a condition of the top major surface upon which the topical high resolution image is applied and detected by detecting provisions (144).

Coating device and associated coating method

A coating method, a coating device and a light-emitting device, the coating method comprises: controlling an ink supply device to stop supplying ink to a micro nozzle when it is determined that the lowest end of an ink droplet from the micro nozzle reaches a first position; determining that the distance between the end of the micro nozzle and a substrate reaches a second distance, the second distance being preset; controlling the ink supply device to continue to supply ink, and controlling the micro nozzle to move relative to the substrate for a pattern coating. The disclosure provides a good pattern forming solution, thereby avoiding the technical problem in the prior art of inkjet printing apparatuses easily causing nozzle clogging.

Plating adhesion amount control mechanism and method for controlling an adhesion amount by comparing a plating adhesion amount estimation value at an upstream position and a plating adhesion actual amount at a downstream position

When a portion for measuring the plating adhesion amount reaches an upstream side position, plating adhesion amount estimation values are calculated by using a plating adhesion amount estimation expression at positions away from a position that faces the distance sensors, that is, the upstream side position, by strip-width direction distances, of the surfaces of the steel strip. When the portion for measuring the plating adhesion amount reaches a downstream side position, the strip-width direction distances of the plating adhesion amount meters are matched to the strip-width direction distances, and the plating adhesion amount actual measurement values are obtained. The plating adhesion amount estimation expression is corrected on the basis of the differences between the plating adhesion amount estimation values and the plating adhesion amount actual measurement values. Accordingly, the control accuracy of the plating adhesion amount is improved.

APPLICATOR OF COATING PRODUCT, MULTIAXIS ROBOT COMPRISING SUCH AN APPLICATOR AND APPLICATION METHOD OF A COATING PRODUCT

An applicator making it possible to apply a coating product on a surface to be coated, including at least one row of nozzles, among which at least the first nozzle in the row includes a valve, the applicator further including at least one distance sensor, to measure an application distance of the first nozzle from a point in front of the latter on a path of the applicator, and an electronic control unit of the valve, which is programmed to collect the distance measured by the distance sensor and, based on the collected distance value, to open or close the valve.

Curved surface coating device for curved surface display panel and glue coating apparatus

The present disclosure provides a curved surface coating device. The curved surface coating device includes a bracket having a first and second ends. The curved surface coating device includes a glue coating portion connected with the first end of the bracket. The curved surface coating device includes a transmission member connected between the first and second ends of the bracket and its distance from the first end of the bracket is adjustable. The curved surface coating device includes a first driving mechanism connected with the transmission member for driving the bracket to rotate about the transmission member as a center of rotation. The curved surface coating device includes a second driving mechanism connected with the bracket for driving the bracket to move on a line where the first end and the second end are located.

APPLICATION METHOD AND APPLICATION SYSTEM

Applying a coating medium may include: emission of a coating medium jet from an application device and positioning the application device relative to the component with a particular application distance between the application device and the component, so that the coating medium jet impacts on the component and coats the component. The application distance (d) can be smaller than the disintegration distance of the coating medium jet, so that the coating medium jet impacts with its continuous region on the component.

VEHICLE WHEEL DECORATION METHOD AND DECORATION DEVICE
