A DEVICE COMPRISING A PLUNGER ASSEMBLY, A METHOD OF ASSEMBLING THE DEVICE AND A METHOD OF MAKING THE PLUNGER ASSEMBLY
A device for dispensing a material, being provided with a plunger assembly which has a screw with a first thread portion and a second thread portion. The first and second thread portion differ in shape and, in combination, form one continuous screw thread. The plunger assembly further has a nut which engages the screw thread by a nut thread. The nut thread corresponds in shape to a negative shape of the first thread portion. The invention help minimizing efforts in the assembly of a device using the plunger assembly.
SELECTIVE METERED DOSE DISPENSING DEVICE
An improved dispensing device for application and dispensing of viscous liquid substances comprising of a storage reservoir, dosing mechanism with audible and tactile feedback, dispensing plunger, nozzle tip, and end of travel pressure release mechanism. The dosing and the dispensing are de-coupled, allowing a preselection of dosage volume and controlled dispensing. A pressure relief mechanism is incorporated to eliminate oozing of liquids after the termination of dispensing.
PENCIL GUN
Embodiments included herein are directed towards an apparatus that may be used to dispense a fluid. The apparatus may include a housing, wherein the housing includes a first end and a motor, wherein the first end is configured to be coupled to a syringe. The motor may be configured to be operatively connected to a drive tube, wherein at least a portion of the drive tube is configured to extend from and retract into an opening in the first end of the housing in response to the motor. One or more of the motor and the drive tube may be rotationally fixed to the housing. A first end of the drive tube may be configured to be coupled to a piston of the syringe.
POCKET WAX DISPENSER
A pocket wax dispenser is constructed of an elongated tubular casing with carriage of an appropriate profile to match the casing slidably fitted within the casing to travel axially within the casing without rotating, and with a piston at the distal end of the carriage. An end cap snaps or screws onto the distal end of casing. This construction results in a wax reservoir being defined in the distal part of the dispenser, i.e., within the casing and between the piston and the end cap and adapted for holding a fill of wax. The end cap has a discharge port, i.e., an opening or aperture, through which wax from within the wax reservoir can be extruded. A cutter blade may be mounted on the cap to cut the extrusion at the discharge port.

Fluid container press and method
A fluid container press including a receptacle for a fluid container, a pressing device for pressing the fluid container and for locking the fluid container in the receptacle, a carrying handle, and a stabilizing handle with which the fluid container press can be gripped and stabilized with a second hand of the user while the user grips the carrying handle with his first hand. The fluid container press includes an actuating element operable by the user to release the locking of the fluid container in the receptacle so that the fluid container can be removed from the receptacle, in which the stabilizing handle is the actuating element or the actuating element is arranged in the region of the stabilizing handle so that the user can actuate the actuating element with his second hand while the user grips the stabilizing handle with his second hand.
Adhesive dispensing assembly
An adhesive dispensing assembly for holding an adhesive holding cartridge therein is provided. The assembly includes a U-shaped frame and a screw receiving portion that is coupled to a first end portion of the U-shaped frame. The screw receiving portion has a threaded aperture extending therethrough. The assembly includes a cartridge holding portion that is coupled to a second end portion of the U-shaped frame. The cartridge holding portion has a tubular wall and a ring-shaped wall coupled to an end of the tubular wall. The assembly includes a screw member threadably received through the threaded aperture. The assembly includes a plunger pad that is coupled to the screw member. The assembly includes a handle that is coupled to screw member, and a bolt head that is coupled to the screw member.
METERING DISPENSER FOR FLOWABLE COMPOSITIONS
Described are metering dispensers (10) having a body (100) configured to hold a flowable composition in a chamber, a drive screw (300) coupled to the body, and a plunger (400) threadingly coupled to the drive screw. The plunger includes at least two annular lips (416) that form a fluid seal with the chamber as the plunger travels along the drive screw through the chamber. A base (200) is rotationally coupled to the body with a cam (208) that contacts at least one tab (114) extending externally from the body so that the tab enters at least one low point (222) on the cam by traveling over a trailing edge (226) of the low point, and the trailing edge then prevents the tab from exiting the low point in the direction of the trailing edge.
Discharging device
A dispensing apparatus for a flowable component includes a storage container having a storage chamber for the reception of the component, a filling opening and a dispensing opening. A piston is displaceably arranged within the storage container in the direction of an expulsion direction. Moreover, dispensing apparatus includes an actuation element by which the piston can be displaced stepwise in the direction of the dispensing opening. After release of the actuation element actuation element is displaced from a final position into a starting position by a spring.
MULTI-COMPONENT GUN
A method for dispensing fluid from a fluid dispensing apparatus. The apparatus may include a housing, wherein the housing may include a motor, and wherein the motor may be configured to be operatively connected to a power supply, wherein the motor may be further configured to be operatively connected to one or more drive rods, wherein the one or more drive rods may be configured to engage a fixed lead screw with a triangular nut, and wherein the drive rod may be further configured to engage at least two pistons of a fluid cartridge. The housing may include a controller configured to be operatively connected to the power supply, the controller may be configured to generate a pressure within the fluid cartridge by adjusting, via the motor, the drive rod and piston in a first direction relative to the fluid cartridge to dispense fluid in the fluid cartridge.
