Drill powered caulking gun

A drill powered caulking gun preferably includes a cartridge holder, a lead screw, a lead screw nut, a thrust bearing, a washer and a plunger. The cartridge holder preferably includes a front end cap, a cartridge support member and a rear end cap. The lead screw preferably includes a threaded diameter, a hex drive member, a thrust bearing shoulder and a threaded end. The threaded diameter includes a fine thread. The lead screw nut includes a retention flange, a D-shaped portion and a threaded body. The lead screw nut is inserted through a D-shaped opening in the rear end cap. The lead screw nut is retained in the rear end cap with a jam nut. The plunger, thrust bearing and washer are rotatably retained on the threaded end with a lock nut. The plunger is used to push a diaphragm in the caulking cartridge to dispense caulk through a nozzle.

Curable Material Dispensing System And Methods Of Operating And Packaging The Same

A system for dispensing curable material. A lead screw is rotatably fixed relative to a first control surface and includes external threads. A locking nut includes internal threads threadably engaging the external threads. The threads provide for rotation of the locking nut about a translation axis when the actuator is in a disengaged position. Rotation of the locking nut permits the lead screw to move proximally along the axis and the compressed curable material to at least partially decompress within a dispensing volume. The threads further provide for distal advancement of the lead screw along the axis when the actuator is in an engaged position rotatably fixing the locking nut about the axis. Methods for operating and packaging the curable material dispensing system are also described.

Dispensing device for industrial robots

A dispensing system (1) for industrial robots comprising a base (19) comprising a first end (21) and a second end (23), where the first end comprises a connecting arrangement for a syringe, a connection bracket in connection to the base plate, configured to attach the base to an articulated robot arm (3), a stepping motor (59) that is connected to the second end of the base plate, where the stepping motor comprises a central rotor (61) having a first rotational axis and at least two electromagnets arranged as a stator (63) around the central rotor, a plunger rod (49) having a first longitudinal axis and a second rotational axis and where the plunger rod is in connection to the central rotor, where a rotational movement of the central rotor maneuvers the plunger rod in a direction parallel to the rotational axis of the plunger rod, wherein the plunger rod further comprises a rotational lock, where the rotational lock is in connection to the base plate ensuring that the plunger rod is rotationally static during the rotational movement of the central rotor.

Caulking gun

A caulking gun includes is provided, including: a gun body, a cartridge sleeve, two push rods, a driving member, a lever and a switch mechanism. The cartridge sleeve is rotatably connected to the gun body and configured to receive two sealants. The two push rods are movably disposed on the gun body. The driving member is movably disposed on the gun body and drives the two push rods to move. The lever is swingably disposed on the gun body about a pivot center and includes an abutting portion which is abuttable against the driving member. The switch mechanism is disposed between the gun body and the lever and includes a switch member being movable between a first position and a second position.

Mixing and dispensing curable multi-component materials

Methods, apparatus, devices and systems for mixing and dispensing multi-component materials. The mixing and dispensing may be performed using a mobile, enclosed dispenser that can be used to supply a mixed multi-component material at the point of use. In some embodiments, the components to be mixed into the multi-component material may be supplied in cartridges.
