Multiple Bay Staging Assembly for a Shell Press Assembly
A staging assembly for a shell press assembly sheet feeder assembly is provided. The shell press assembly includes an infeed and the sheet feeder assembly. The sheet feeder assembly includes a feeder actuator. The feeder actuator has a first path and a second path. The staging assembly includes a staging assembly frame assembly. The staging assembly frame assembly defines a first sheet bay and a second sheet bay. The first sheet bay is structured to temporarily support a first number of material sheets. The second sheet bay structured to temporarily support a second number of material sheets.
CONVEYING ROBOT
The installation space is made compact, the conveying speed of a workpiece is increased, and interference with peripheral devices is readily avoided. Provided is a conveying robot including: a pedestal; a rotating base provided in a rotatable manner about a first axis, which is substantially horizontal, relative to the pedestal; a first arm provided on the rotating base in a swivelable manner about a second axis that is orthogonal to an axis parallel to the first axis; and a second arm that is provided on the first arm in a movable manner in a longitudinal direction of the first arm and whose distal end supports a wrist unit, which is capable of holding a workpiece to be conveyed.
BENDING ROBOT AND METHOD FOR DETECTING WORKPIECE
A bending robot takes out a workpiece stored on a stacker while contacting its end face with a storage reference flat plane of the stacker, and then supplies it to a bending machine. The bending robot includes a main body movable parallel to the storage reference flat plane, an arm portion supported by the main body and capable of positioning above the stacker, and a distance sensor provided in the arm portion for measuring a distance to the workpiece stored on the stacker in a contactless manner. According to the bending robot, bending can be done with high efficiency.
Apparatus for transferring workpieces
An apparatus for moving a workpiece in a press installation has a transfer bar extending along a longitudinal bar axis and having longitudinally opposite bar ends. A plurality of tool assemblies on the transfer bar are adapted to grip and hold the workpiece; A pair of stationary frames spaced apart along a Y axis generally parallel to the bar axis are juxtaposed with the bar ends and longitudinally flank the bar. A pair of X slides are each displaceable in a horizontal X direction perpendicular to the Y axis on a respective one of the frames. Respective primary mounts on the X slides each carry a respective end of the bar with the bar longitudinally movable in each of the primary mounts.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR BENDING BARS
The apparatus for bending bars includes a bending unit suitable for receiving on a work surface () at least one bar according to a longitudinal direction (A), and a bending head which can be engaged on the bending unit, at a bending axis (B). The bending head includes a bending mandrel and an eccentric pin rotatable on the work surface () around the bending axis (B), to bend the bar around the mandrel.
BENDING AID FOR A PRESS BRAKE
The invention relates to a support device (15) for a press brake, comprising a base frame (24) and a support plate (17) with a bearing surface (18) which can be positioned between a base position (26) and a maximum position (27). The support plate (17) is arranged on a lever linkage system (25) which is connected to a drive unit (32) and which is designed as a parallel kinematics system. The drive unit (32) comprises a crank (35), which is connected to a positioning drive (33) designed as a rotary drive (34), and a rocker (54), which is connected to the crank in an articulated manner. The rocker (54) is connected to the crank (35) by means of an eight rotary joint (55) and to the lever linkage system (25) by means of a ninth rotary joint (56).
Discharging workpieces
A method of discharging workpieces cut from a planar material on a processing machine. A workpiece discharge device has several holding elements to receive and carry respective workpieces. After receiving a cut workpiece, the discharge device is moved to a waiting position outside and adjacent a processing region of the machine, and may then be moved back into the processing region to receive a subsequently cut workpiece before being moved to an unloading station.
SWIVEL BENDING MACHINE
A swivel bending machine has, in front of a front side of a workpiece holding unit, a support table for workpieces to be bent. A workpiece manipulator picks up workpieces to be bent from at least one table end region and takes the workpieces, in parallel with the longitudinal direction of a bending beam, to a portion in the longitudinal center of the workpiece holding unit. The workpiece manipulator has a first pair of clamping tongs and, spaced apart from the first pair in the longitudinal direction of the bending beam, a second pair of clamping tongs for clamping a workpiece. At least one pair of clamping tongs has a first stop surface for referencing workpiece positioning in relation to the longitudinal direction of the bending beam and a second stop surface for referencing positioning of this workpiece in relation to a depth direction of the swivel bending machine.
PLATE CARRYING MANIPULATOR FOR HIGH-SPEED STAMPING PRODUCTION LINE
The present invention discloses a plate carrying manipulator for a high-speed stamping production line, belonging to the technical field of high-speed stamping production lines. The plate carrying manipulator includes two lifting devices, two swinging devices, a follower assembly, and an end effector, where each lifting device includes a lifting rack and a lifting sliding block; each swinging device includes a swinging frame and a rocker; the follower assembly includes a connecting rod connected to the end effector; and a sliding sleeve is rotatably mounted on the swinging frame. By controlling the lifting sliding block to perform lifting adjustment along the lifting rack, a vertical movement can be achieved; by controlling the swinging frames on two sides to swing, the sliding sleeve can be driven to swing; and by controlling the rocker to rotate, the connecting rod and the sliding sleeve can be driven to slide relative to each other.
Method for the transport and/or handling of components
A method transports and/or handles components, in particular sheet metal parts, and a production plant includes a manipulator arrangement having a first manipulator arm and at least one second manipulator, wherein the first manipulator and the at least one second manipulator are designed to pick up, transport, hold and/or deposit a component, at least one processing device for carrying out processing steps on the component, wherein the component is transferred from the first manipulator to the at least one second manipulator after a first processing cycle at a predetermined re-gripping time, the re-gripping time being between the first processing cycle and at least one second processing cycle, wherein the component at least in portions rests on the processing device during the re-gripping time and is supported in a load-dissipating manner solely by the processing device.
