A press brake assembly including a crane system and press brake machine for processing a workpiece. The crane system having a workpiece handling mechanism configured to pick and store the workpiece. The crane system allows the crane to move along a plane via longitudinal and lateral rails. The crane also includes multiple swivel points to allow mobility to handle workpieces efficiently. The control system of the press brake machine may control the crane, allowing a single control system to control the press brake assembly.

A detaching method of sheets from a stack of sheets from a stack of sheets and a relative detaching apparatus is disclosed, including at least a gripping head of a handling device of sheets and a nozzle assembly apt to eject an air flow to a lateral edge of a stack of sheets, furthermore including: a storage assembly of pressurised air provided at least with a compressed-air tank equipped with a pressure multiplier and a relative first pressure adjuster; and a high-pressure pipe between the nozzle assembly and the storage assembly intercepted by a fast-opening electrovalve. The nozzle assembly is provided with a nozzle, supplied through the electrovalve, configured as a convergent/divergent spout.

A workpiece transport unit including a pair of arms, an opening/closing mechanism configured to open and close the pair of arms in a horizontal direction, a pair of first placement surfaces provided at the pair of arms and configured for a first workpiece to be placed thereon, and a pair of second placement surfaces provided at the pair of arms and configured for a second workpiece to be placed thereon.

A workpiece rotation control system on a paneling machine (1) is described, comprising a rotator device (3) and which is served by a manipulator device (5) with a gripper (7) on a rotating axis (9) designed to arrange a workpiece of material to be machined on a rotating element (11) of this rotating device (3), which comprises first measuring means (13) of an angular position of the rotating axis (9) of the gripper (7) and the rotating device which comprises second means for measuring an angular position of the rotating element (11) of the rotating device (3), and processing means provided for comparatively comparing a value of an angular position measured by the first measuring means (13) with at least a value of an angular position measured by the second measuring means. A paneling machine comprising this system is also described.

An automatic processing system includes a base or platform, on which a loading station is mounted, adapted to house one or more trolleys having workpieces to be processed, a magazine adapted to pick up at least one work piece at a time from the loading station and to transport it to a centering device adapted to receive the workpiece and to place it in pick-up position by a robot, and a unloading station where the processed pieces are positioned.

An automatic processing system includes a base or platform, on which a loading station is mounted, adapted to house one or more trolleys having workpieces to be processed, a magazine adapted to pick up at least one work piece at a time from the loading station and to transport it to a centering device adapted to receive the workpiece and to place it in pick-up position by a robot, and a unloading station where the processed pieces are positioned.

A readjustment device and a method for a machine tool process plate-shaped workpieces. The readjustment device contains an upper pressure-exerting device, which at least contains pressure plungers which are oriented at a spacing to one another, and a lower supporting device, which at least has counter-bearings which are arranged at a spacing to one another and which, in a working position, are oriented so as to fix the plate-like workpiece in a clamping manner with respect to the pressure plungers of the upper pressure-exerting device. The pressure plungers of the upper pressure-exerting device can be transferred from a rest position to the working position by a drive device. The pressure plungers of the upper pressure-exerting device are being coupled to one another and are controlled so as to be movable or pivotable together between the rest position and the working position.

A readjustment device and a method for a machine tool process plate-shaped workpieces. The readjustment device contains an upper pressure-exerting device, which at least contains pressure plungers which are oriented at a spacing to one another, and a lower supporting device, which at least has counter-bearings which are arranged at a spacing to one another and which, in a working position, are oriented so as to fix the plate-like workpiece in a clamping manner with respect to the pressure plungers of the upper pressure-exerting device. An embossing system designed to mark metal marker plates. The embossing system includes a feeder system that presents a marker plate, a drive sub assembly secured to the feeder system, and a gripper system that grips the marker plate from the feeder system. The feeder system has a fixed side wall secured to a base plate and a moveable side wall positioned a distance from the fixed side wall. Marker plate guides are secured to the side walls for providing support to a stack of marker plates positioned in the feeder system. Adjustable feed gates are secured to the sidewalls to accommodate adjustments for maker plate thickness variations.
