The invention pertains to a laser machining system includes first deflection optics, second deflection optics, and a coupling device. The first deflection optics deflect a machining laser beam in two directions in space. The second deflection optics deflect a measuring beam in two directions in space independently of the machining laser beam. The coupling device is arranged in a beam path of the machining laser beam and couples the measuring beam into the beam path of the machining laser beam.

A laser processing apparatus may include: a laser generator configured to generate a laser beam; a stage configured to support a target object; at least one supply nozzle on the stage to eject an air toward the stage; a suction unit configured to inhale external air; and a suction structure on the stage and adjacent to the at least one supply nozzle. The suction structure may include a suction hole connected to the suction unit to inhale the external air. The suction structure may include an inclined surface in which the suction hole is defined. The suction structure may include a first surface adjacent to the supply nozzle, and an opening may be defined in a region of the first surface adjacent to a bottom surface. A distance between the inclined surface and the target object may be less than or equal to a height of the opening.

A cylindrically shaped filter is disposed on an inside wall part of the cylindrical member facing the through path. The cylindrical member discharges a gas into the through path from the filter.

The switching film is formed of a fluorine and carbon containing polymer material. The switching film has a plate-shaped flat body with a bending region and has a central closure region surrounded by the bending region. The bending region, when switching the switching film, moves the central closure region relative to a valve seat of the valve housing in an axial direction of the plate-shaped flat body toward or away from the valve seat by a stretch free or low-stretch bending movement.
