Tool turret
A tool turret has a housing (1), a turret head (2) rotatable relative to the housing (1) by a drive. Two toothed rims (4, 9) are arranged coaxial to the rotational axis of the turret head (2). One rim (4) is connected fixedly to the turret head (2). The other rim (9) is connected fixedly to the housing (1). A locking part (24) can be moved axially relative to the housing (1) and to the turret head (2), with the toothing system (24) oriented towards the two toothed rims (4, 9). In the locked position, the locking part is in engagement with the rims as a positively locking connection. A pressure fluid control actuates the movement of the locking part (24). An additional frictionally locking connection (73) is established between the housing (1) and the turret head (2) by a frictionally locking device (67).

A device for clamping a rotatably mounted shaft element including: a housing element having an annular housing portion wherein the shaft extends in the axial direction; an elastically deformable annular clamping ring element arranged in the annular housing portion, wherein the clamping ring has a cross-sectional profile with a first profile portion, extending radially inward and protrudes radially through an annular circumferential opening; and a pressure chamber formed in the annular housing has at least one pressure chamber portion arranged radially on the inner side adjacently to at least one second profile portion of the clamping ring; wherein the rotatably mounted shaft in a rest state clamped by frictional engagement with the first profile of the clamping ring protruding toward the shaft, and wherein the frictional engagement between the shaft and the first profile is releasable, the clamping ring is elastically deformable radially outward by pneumatic or hydraulic pressure chamber.
DEVICE FOR THE MACHINING OF CURVED LAMINAR SURFACES
A device for the machining of curved laminar surfaces, having a first part including a tool for machining the concave face of the surface, and first pressure device in contact with the concave face of the surface, a second part including second pressure device in contact with the convex face of the surface, and devices synchronizing the movements of the first and second parts is provided. The tool has a circular shape for the radial machining of the concave face, and the first pressure device has at least one disc parallel to the tool, the tool and disc disposed on a rotary shaft and both having a radius equal to or less than the radius of curvature of the concave face.
MACHINE TOOL, IN PARTICULAR MULTI-SPINDLE TURNING MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a machine tool, in particular multi-spindle turning machine, comprising a machine frame, a turret body being rotatably supported by the machine frame, a plurality of workpiece spindles being arranged on the turret body, each of the workpiece spindles having a workpiece receiving portion for receiving a respective workpiece on one side of the turret body facing a working space of the machine tool, and a torque motor for driving a rotation of the turret body. The torque motor is arranged at a back end portion of the turret body opposite to the side of the turret body facing the working space of the machine tool, and a position locking mechanism for locking a rotational position of the turret body is arranged at a front end portion of the turret body on the side of the turret body facing the working space of the machine tool.
TOOL TURRET
A tool turret having a housing (1), a turret head (2) which can be rotated relative to the housing (1) by means of a drive, two toothed rims (4, 9) which are arranged coaxially with respect to the rotational axis of the turret head (2) and of which the one (4) is connected fixedly to the turret head (2) so as to rotate with it and the other (9) is connected fixedly to the housing (1) so as to rotate with it, a locking part (24) which can be moved axially relative to the housing (1) and to the turret head (2), with the toothing system (24) which is oriented towards the two toothed rims (4, 9) and, in its locked position, is in engagement with the latter as a positively locking connection, and a pressure fluid control device for actuating the movement of the locking part (24), is characterized in that, in the locked state, an additional frictionally locking connection (73) is established between the housing (1) and the turret head (2) by means of a frictionally locking device (67), in addition to the positively locking connection (4, 9, 24).

Workpiece changer
A workpiece change for use in a machine tool that comprises a tool spindle for clamping tools for machining workpieces, comprises two wheels arranged parallel to one another and rotatable about an axis of rotation into at least two prominent angular positions. Two swivel tables for clamping workpieces are arranged between the wheels and are each mounted on the wheels to swivel about a swivel axis which runs parallel to the axis of rotation. In each prominent angular position, one of the swivel tables is located in its working position in which clamped workpieces can be machined with the tools. Both wheels are supported at their rim.
Rotation table
A rotation table mounted on a machining table of a machine tool includes a clamping mechanism which is driven by air so as to clamp a rotation shaft, and an air purging pressure is applied into a casing so as to prevent a cutting fluid or foreign matter from intruding into the casing of the rotation table. Then, air discharged from the clamping mechanism does not pass through the casing, to which the air purging pressure is applied, and is discharged to the outside of the rotation table through a flow passage.
