Manual Tool Outputting Torque Bidirectionally
20230110243 · 2023-04-13 ·

Disclosed is a manual tool outputting torque bidirectionally. The manual tool includes a handle (100), a main shaft (200), a transmission device (300), a ratchet tooth device (400) and a ratchet wheel switching device (500), wherein when a ratchet wheel switching ring (501) of the ratchet wheel switching device (500) is located at a clockwise position, no matter whether the handle (100) rotates in a clockwise direction or in an anticlockwise direction, the main shaft (200) rotates in the clockwise direction to output torque from the handle (100); when the ratchet wheel switching ring (501) of the ratchet wheel switching device (500) is located at an anticlockwise position, no matter whether the handle (100) rotates in the clockwise direction or in the anticlockwise direction, the main shaft (200) rotates in the anticlockwise direction to output torque from the handle (100); and when the ratchet wheel switching ring (501) of the ratchet wheel switching device (500) is located at a fixed position, the main shaft (200) and the handle (100) rotate in the same direction to output torque from the handle (100), with the output torque being large. The manual tool outputting torque bidirectionally can output the torque by bidirectional rotation of the handle, with the output torque being large, while torque output by an existing screwdriver having bidirectional output is small.

Ratchet wrench handle
11623327 · 2023-04-11 · ·

A ratchet wrench handle includes an operation piece which is composed of two partial members including a claw member and a receiving member. The ratchet wrench handle is configured such that, when positive rotation-aimed operation teeth of the claw member are engaged with ratchet teeth of a rotation member, a wedge effect produced by the positive rotation-aimed operation teeth of the claw member and a positive rotation-aimed sloping face of the claw member is configured to make the rotation member stop rotation, which allows an adapter to be rotated in a positive direction.

Tool with Ratchet Mechanism
20230106820 · 2023-04-06 ·

Various designs for a ratchet mechanism and tools incorporating a ratchet mechanism are described. One embodiment relates to a ratchet with each layer of the gear stack includes teeth rotationally offset from each other increasing the number of circumferentially spaced gear tooth surfaces that are available to engage with the pawl teeth. Another embodiment relates to a ratchet with multiple pawls placed in series such that the pawls are spaced circumferentially around the gear.

WRENCH AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
20220314405 · 2022-10-06 ·

A wrench and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The wrench includes a main body and a covering member. The main body includes a head portion and a handle. The head portion has a receiving groove. The covering member covers the receiving groove. One of the main body and the covering member has a first washer and a second washer integrally disposed thereon. The first washer and the second washer are abutted against and between the main body and the covering member. Therefore, shapes of the first washer and the second washer are designable and can be directly formed on any position of the wrench.

Traffic pattern parameters in a handover procedure of a wireless network
11653273 · 2023-05-16 · ·

A first base station receives from a second base station, a handover request message comprising traffic pattern parameters of a wireless device. The traffic pattern parameters comprise a first traffic periodicity, a first timing offset, and a first message size. A handover request acknowledge message indicating at least one periodic resource configuration parameter determined based on the first traffic periodicity is sent to the second base station. A random access preamble associated with a handover of the wireless device is received from the wireless device. The first base station determines a resource block assignment based on the first message size. A control command is transmitted to the wireless device. The control command indicates: activation of radio resources associated with the at least one periodic resource configuration parameter; and the resource block assignment.

Wrench with Work Piece Locking Mechanism
20230139183 · 2023-05-04 ·

A wrench may include a head, a drive tang that engages a work piece, a locking detent operably coupled to the drive tang, and a release button configured to control operation of the locking detent. The release button may be movable between a locked position where the locking detent locks the work piece to the drive tang and an unlocked position where the detent permits removal of the work piece from the drive tang. The wrench may also include a slide lock member configured to slide along a second direction between an engaged position and a disengaged position. In the engaged position, the slide lock member may prevent movement of the release button, and, in the disengaged position, the slide lock member may be disengaged from the release button to permit movement of the release button from the locked position to the unlocked position.

RATCHET WRENCH STRUCTURE
20170368670 · 2017-12-28 ·

A ratchet wrench structure includes a body having a head portion with a first, second, and third housings connected; a ratchet block rotatably disposed in the first housing and peripherally provided with plural teeth; two locking members having a flat top surface with a pillar thereon and an opposite flat bottom surface, and disposed in the third housing and laterally movable for engaging the teeth, with a resilient member between the two locking members; a direction controller disposed in the second housing and having a direction controlling recess for receiving the pillars; and a positioning device. The direction controlling recess has an opening end expanding outward. The positioning device positions the direction controller, so as to drive the two locking members to engage the ratchet block. Therefore, the ratchet block is controlled to drive an object in clockwise or counterclockwise direction.

Clench wrench

A clench wrench includes a structure defining a first body defining a handle and a second body integrated with the first body and defining an engaging head respectively. The second body has two opposite sides with one side defining a front side and the other side defining a back side respectively and includes an engaging space. The engaging space extends through the front and back sides, and an opening is defined on both the front and back sides. One of the front and back sides includes a clenching member of a clenching device connected thereto. The clenching member is selectively movable between a first position blocking the opening of the engaging space adjacent to one of the front and back sides and a second position in which the opening of the engaging space adjacent to one of the front and back sides is not blocked.
