Multi-engageable tubing wrench
A tubing connector wrench having a rotating hub held by two independent pawls. An open end of the hub and casing of the wrench allows it to engage over a piece of tubing and thereafter be engaged on a tubing connector. The wrench may be employed to turn tubing connectors without removing it for repositioning. The two pawls insure that the hub remains engaged for one way turning of the connector.
UNIDIRECTIONAL-DRIVEN DRUG INFUSION DEVICE
A unidirectional-driven drug infusion device, includes: a reservoir, a piston and a screw, the piston is arranged in the reservoir; a driving module which includes at least one driving wheel and at least one driving arm that cooperate with each other, the circumferential surface of the driving wheel is provided with wheel teeth; a power module coupled to the driving arm; a control module, connected to the power module, controls the power module to apply different driving powers to the driving arm, making the driving arm perform linear reciprocating motion; and a friction member which is in contact with the surface of the driving wheel. This device can fully utilize the internal space of the infusion device, and its weight and volume is reduced.
Ratchet mechanism spring
A spring component for a ratcheting mechanism, such as a ratchet wrench. The spring component is shaped to be retained in a recess without any special machining. For example, the spring component can be retained at three abutment points. A leaf of the spring component can abut a pawl, and a base portion opposite the leaf can abut the drive gear. Support arms can abut the sidewall of the recess to retain the spring component within the recess without the need for special machining or tooling.
TORQUE WRENCH WITH IMPROVED TORQUE SETTING ADJUSTMENT
A torque wrench (100, 400) may include a body (410), a force detector (420) operably coupled to the body and configured to detect a bending force applied to the body, and a user interface (140) operably coupled to the body and the force detector. The user interface may be configured to include a setting mode in which a variable feature of the torque wrench is adjustable. The user interface may be further configured to, when in the setting mode, adjust the variable feature based on the bending force applied to the body and detected by the force detector.
RATCHET CLAMP
The invention provides a ratchet clamp, comprising a first clamp arm, a second clamp arm and a ratchet mechanism provided between the first clamp arm and the second clamp arm. An elastic member is arranged between the ratchet mechanism and the second clamp arm. The ratchet mechanism includes a toothed bar, a pivoting member. The pivoting member includes a toothed piece, a housing and a lever. During clamping, the pivoting member pivots in whole within a certain range under the effect of the elastic member, and the toothed bar and toothed piece are engaged by undercut, maintaining the clamping force, and the elastic member protects the engagement between the toothed bar and the toothed piece from sliding apart. When opened, the interference fit between the toothed bar and the toothed piece enable the user to use small force pulling the lever to disengage the toothed piece, and also prevent accidental unloading force from opening the ratchet mechanism. The self lock state of the ratchet clamp of the invention is very safe and stable, the maximum clamping force at the jaw opening portion can reach about 50 Kg, and 85% of the maximum clamping force can be maintained after the user releases the clamp arms.
RATCHET MECHANISM AND RATCHET PAWL
The present disclosure relates to a ratchet and, specifically, a ratchet head arrangement, or assembly, for a ratchet. The ratchet head arrangement, or assembly, of the present disclosure is directed to the features of a ratchet pawl that balance and transfer the loads and stresses on the internal components of ratchet head mechanism across the components of the assembly to avoid premature failure, or fracture, or avoid isolated point loads on the internal components. Specifically, a ratchet pawl of the present disclosure includes a recessed area dividing sets of teeth for engaging teeth of a ratchet gear in combination with opposing substantially flat stop walls that fully mate with the sidewalls of the interior housing of a ratchet head.
Ratchet Wrench System and Kit
A ratchet wrench system and kit enable users thereof to enhance grip and mechanical advantage in applying torque to either (a) rotate rotary fasteners or (b) prevent rotary fastener rotation. The ratchet wrench system and kit include at least one ratchet wrench assembly and at least one ratchet interface. The ratchet wrench assembly has a ratchet head and a lever arm. The ratchet head has a male side and a female side. The female side includes both deep and shallow sections. Long and short ratchet interface elements both include a male interface end and a female interface end. The male and female interface ends are respectively matable with the female and male sides of the ratchet wrench assembly. The long and short ratchet interfaces are interchangeably matable with the ratchet wrench assembly for enabling a secondary wrench to grip and enhance mechanical advantage via the ratchet wrench assembly.
Torque Tool
A torque tool includes a body having a first end and a second end. A driving device includes a connecting portion and a driving portion. The connecting portion includes a pivotal end and an abutting end. The pivotal end is pivotably connected to the first end of the body. A torque device is mounted in the body, includes at least two elastic coefficients different from each other, and is disposed to be connected to the abutting end of the connecting portion. The torque device provides at least two torque ranges corresponding to the at least two elastic coefficients. An adjusting device is movably mounted to the second end of the body. The adjusting device is movable relative to the body to adjust a pressing force against the torque device to thereby set a torque value.
Ratchet wrench
A ratchet wrench includes a wrench body, a ratchet gear, a pawl and a switch assembly. The pawl has a central tooth, multiple first sub teeth and multiple second sub teeth in a concave surface thereof. Each of the first sub teeth and the second sub teeth has an inner side face abutting against opposing tooth face of the ratchet gear and an outer side face spaced apart from opposing tooth face of the ratchet gear. The first sub teeth and the second sub teeth are located symmetrical relative to the central tooth. The center of the concave surface of the pawl and the center of the ratchet gear are located on a common line that passes through the center of the central tooth of the pawl. The switch assembly is movably disposed in the head of the ratchet wrench for driving the pawl to engage with the ratchet gear.
