Torque-assist
A screwdriver system can include a primary driver and a secondary driver. The primary driver can include an attachment feature configured to couple to a driver bit socket. The attachment feature can be mechanically coupled to the driver shaft such that torque applied to the attachment feature is transferred to the shaft. The secondary driver can include a driver bit socket at the end of its shaft. The attachment feature of the primary driver can be structured, configured, and oriented such that the secondary driver can reversibly couple to the attachment feature via the driver bit socket of the secondary driver shaft. The secondary driver, when so-coupled, can be oriented with the primary axis of the secondary driver shaft generally perpendicular to the primary axis of the primary driver. In some examples, the primary driver can be a torque wrench.
Adjustable length shaft and an adjustable mass for a golf club
A golf club has a first shaft coupled to a club head, a second shaft configured to slidably engage a portion of the first shaft, a grip coupled to the second shaft, and an adjustable length shaft assembly received by the second shaft and configured to allow a portion of the first shaft to slide in relation to the second shaft in a first configuration, and to restrict a portion of the first shaft from sliding in relation to the second shaft in a second configuration. The grip is restricted from rotation about the first shaft or the second shaft as the first shaft slides in relation to the second shaft.
TORQUE OUTPUT DEVICE FOR RATCHET WRENCH
A torque output device includes a body with an opening in the top. A top toothed part is located beneath the opening and includes a bore located corresponding to the opening. The top toothed part includes multiple top teeth. A drive shaft secured in the body and includes a central hole in which a rod is located. A driving portion is formed to the lower end of the drive shaft. The drive shaft and the top toothed part are freely rotated relative to each other. A bottom toothed part is mounted to the drive shaft and freely moves up and down relative to the drive shaft. A resilient member is mounted to the drive shaft and biases the bottom toothed part. A pressure collar is threadedly connected to the lower end of the body to set the torque between the engagement of the top and bottom teeth.
Torque wrench
A torque wrench includes a main body, a driving portion, a torque-disengageable mechanism, a torque assembly and an adjusting assembly. The main body defines an axial direction and includes a handle and a tubular member which are assembled with each other. The handle has an opening which is open radially. The torque-disengageable mechanism is swingably disposed within the tubular member. The torque assembly is disposed in the main body. The adjusting assembly includes a position-limiting member, a slidable assembly and an adjusting member. The adjusting member is rotatably connected to the handle and corresponding to the opening. The adjusting member has a first threaded portion. The slidable assembly has a second threaded portion screwed with the first threaded portion.
Torque-limited installation and removal device
In one embodiment a device for tightening and loosening a securing device is provided. The device includes a housing, a shaft, and a clutch assembly. In one embodiment, the clutch assembly includes a clutch activation member, a first friction member coupled to the clutch activation member, and a second friction member coupled to the shaft. When the clutch activation member is in a first position, the clutch activation member engages the first friction member with the second friction member for transmission of torque from the first friction member to the second friction member. When the clutch activation member is in the second position, the clutch activation member disengages the first friction member from the second friction member to prevent transmission of the torque from the first friction member to the second friction member.
Torque structure
A torque structure includes a first body provided with a first receiving chamber, a first indicator, and a second receiving chamber, a second body provided with a drive portion, a first elastic member biased against the drive portion, a first locking set received in the first receiving chamber, an adjusting set driven by the first body, an indication unit movable to indicate the torque of the torque structure, a third body assembly covering the indication unit, a second locking set rotatable relative to the first locking set, and a third locking set operable between a locking position where the first body cannot be rotated relative to the second body and an unlocking position where the first body is rotated relative to the second body to adjust the torque.
Torque wrench
A dual-beam torque wrench with a linear display and a linear locking member is provided. The torque wrench includes a head that couples to a socket to rotate a fastener or bolt. A housing of torque wrench extends from the head to form a handle. Within the housing forming the handle are two beams: a lever beam that transmits the force from the handle to the head and a deflecting beam that couples to the head and not the handle. The deflecting beam deflects away from the lever beam to indicate that a predetermined torque has been applied. A torque adjustment assembly moves the lever beam relative to the head to set the predetermined torque, and a pin follows the linear display to indicate to the user the set predetermined torque.
Torque wrench
A torque wrench includes a first part, a second part, a first spring, a block and a second spring. The first part includes a first section and a second. An axial passage is defined through the first part and a second part is received in the passage. The first part and the second part are connected to each other. The first spring is securely located in the second section. A pushing member is located in the first spring and includes a second contact portion. The block is removably in contact between the first and second contact portions. A second spring is mounted to the pushing member. The block is disengaged from the first and second contact portions when the torque wrench rotates clockwise or counter clockwise.
TOOL TORQUE LIMITER
A torque limiter can include a housing and a shaft. The housing can include a housing magnet enclosed within the housing. The shaft can be at least partially surrounded by the housing and can be rotatable within the housing. The shaft can include a shaft magnet integrated with the shaft to magnetically couple with the housing magnet to transmit a torque between the housing and the shaft and configured to uncouple from the housing magnet allowing the shaft to rotate within the housing when a threshold torque is reached.
APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR A DISPOSABLE TORQUE LIMITING TIP WRENCH
A wrench assembly for attachment and removal of a tip to a handpiece of a surgical system includes a core and a shell including a central portion that defines a central bore. In various embodiments, the core includes an outer portion fixedly coupled to the shell and an inner portion configured for insertion into the central bore. The inner portion is removably coupled to the outer portion by a separation mechanism configured to facilitate separation of the inner portion from the outer portion at a predetermined torque.
