RAZOR CARTRIDGE
A razor cartridge is disclosed herein. An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a razor cartridge configured to be coupled to a razor handle and used, the razor cartridge including: at least one shaving blade having a cutting edge; a blade housing configured to accommodate the at least one shaving blade so that the at least one shaving blade is placed in a longitudinal direction, the blade housing including a top side to which the cutting edge is directed and a bottom side facing the top side; a support structure coupled to one side of the blade housing; and at least one first living hinge configured to connect at least a portion of the blade housing to at least a portion of the support structure.
Blade assemblies with lubricating elements
A blade assembly includes a housing having a recess defining a first wall on a first side of the housing and a second wall on a second side of the housing, an elongated body that is attached to the first and second walls and is rotatable about a longitudinal axis (S-S), the elongated body having two or more facets, at least one of the facets has a lubricating element disposed thereon, and a locking mechanism for releasably locking the body in a use position.
Coupling system
A coupling mechanism for a shaving device having a first connector coupled with a second connector defining a channel, the second connector including an engagement surface within the channel. A retainer positioned between the first connector and the second connector, and a plunger that transitions between a first position and a second position. The engagement surface of the second connector engages the retainer when the plunger is in the first position and the engagement surface of the second connector disengages the retainer when the plunger is in the second position.
A SHAVING BLADE CARTRIDGE AND A SHAVER COMPRISING SUCH SHAVING BLADE CARTRIDGE
A shaving blade cartridge including a housing having a top side, a bottom side and two longitudinal sides. A cutting element is mounted in the housing between the longitudinal sides, and is retained in the housing by a retainer. The retainer includes an internal surface which extends in a direction toward the cutting element. The internal surface is provided with a non-smooth pattern that cooperates with the cutting element. The shaving blade cartridge including the retainer having an internal surface provided with a non-smooth pattern is configured to be connected to a handle of a shaver.
Razor Cartridge Seal
A razor cartridge has a housing with a blade mounting region between a guard and a cap. A first and a second razor blade are sequentially mounted in the blade mounting region with an intermediate non-cutting and skin engaging structure between the blades. The intermediate structure has a leading edge region closest the guard and at or adjacent a skin engaging surface of the intermediate structure. The leading edge region of the intermediate structure has an elastomeric linear seal contacting the first razor blade to seal any gap between the intermediate structure and the first blade.
RAZOR ASSEMBLY, RAZOR HANDLE AND RAZOR CARTRIDGE
Disclosed are a razor assembly, and a razor handle and a razor cartridge which are applied to the razor assembly, the razor assembly including: a razor cartridge including a plurality of blades including cutting edges, and a blade housing accommodating the plurality of blades in a longitudinal direction; and a handle coupling with the razor cartridge, and including a head, an interposed element provided at a first side of the head, and a grip extended from a second side of the head, the interposed element being accommodated inside the razor cartridge and interposed between the plurality of blades.
RAZOR CARTRIDGE
Provided is a razor cartridge including: a first blade having a first base portion and a first cutting edge formed therein; a second blade disposed in front of the first blade to be adjacent to the first blade, and having a second base portion and a sliding edge therein; and a blade housing supporting the first base portion to have at least a portion of the first cutting edge exposed, and supporting the second base portion to have at least a portion of the sliding edge exposed, and the second blade is formed so that a ratio t.sub.3/t.sub.4 of a thickness t.sub.3 of the sliding edge to a thickness t.sub.4 of the second base portion is less than 1 and greater than a ratio t.sub.1/t.sub.2 of a thickness t.sub.1 of the first cutting edge to a thickness t.sub.2 of the first base portion.
Razor cartridge guard structure
A novel guard structure of a razor is shown including rows of elongated hard plastic protrusions having rounded (e.g., not sharp or pointed) tips arranged on a tip curved profile. The rounded valleys between the protrusions are also arranged on a curved profile which may be different than that of the tip curved profile. The valleys encompass an inner protrusion volume which increases going back to front end of the guard structure. Preferably, the front end volumes are larger than the back end inner protrusion volumes to assist in trapping and distributing shaving aid. In one embodiment having six protrusions, the inner protrusion volume between a second and third protrusion is the largest, while a volume between first and second protrusion is the second largest volume. The guard structure is disposed in front of the blades formed within the housing and may extend past the front end of the housing.
SHAVING DEVICE FOR SKIN HAIRS
The invention relates to a shaving device for skin hairs. The device comprises a skin-contacting surface structure (14, 15), a cutter (6) for cutting hairs in a hair-cutting area (16), a shape-changing smart material (7), and a controller for controlling activation of the shape-changing smart material during use of the shaving device. The shape-changing smart material is configured, arranged and effective to adapt the relative position and/or relative orientation between at least part of the skin-contacting surface structure (14) and at least part of the hair-cutting area (16).
Razor cartridge and manufacturing method thereof
A razor cartridge and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The present disclosure in at least one embodiment provides a razor cartridge including one or more shaving blades each having a cutting edge, a blade housing configured to accommodate the one or more shaving blades in a longitudinal direction of the blade housing, and one or more clips each configured to fix the one or more shaving blades to the blade housing and having a shape of a closed loop.
