System and method of post-cure processing of composite core
A method of cutting a wafer of composite core from a bulk composite core includes stabilizing the bulk composite core with a fixture, the bulk composite core having a plurality of tube members. The method also includes cutting through each of the tube members to create the wafer while the bulk composite core is stabilized by the fixture.
CLAMP AND MEDIUM CUTTING DEVICE
A clamp includes first and second rising portions that rise from a base portion, a first extending portion extending along a first top surface of a table from the first rising portion, a second extending portion extending along a second top surface of the table from the second rising portion, a first clamp portion to urge a medium toward the first top surface, and a second clamp portion to urge the medium toward the second top surface. A gap located above a groove in the table is provided between the first clamp portion and the second clamp portion.
Micromanipulator for a cryomicrotome
A microtome system has a cryomicrotome with a sectioning device in which is provided a preparation holder and a knife edge that are guided past one another inside a working space during a sectioning operation, in order to produce thin sections of a preparation retained in the preparation holder. A micromanipulator is operable outside the working space. With the micromanipulator, a tool for retention of a specimen support is positioned proximate the knife edge during a sectioning operation in order to receive the sections that are produced, preferably for substantially stationary retention of the specimen support.
Cell cutting device for display devices
A cell cutting device that cuts a mother substrate for display devices includes a fixing unit configured to move in a state where the mother substrate for display devices is fixed on the fixing unit, a cutter configured to perform a cutting process on the mother substrate for display devices and the cutter faces a surface of the mother substrate during the cutting process, a cutter driving unit driving the cutter in a state where the cutter is fixed thereon, and a buffer member arranged on another surface of the mother substrate to correspond to the cutter. The other surface is opposite the surface facing the cutter.
WOOD CHOPPER DEVICE FOR CUTTING AND SPLITTING WOOD
Device for cutting and/or splitting wood is disclosed. The device comprises a stationary blade co-operating with a reciprocating blade disposed at a front end of a frame, a rear blade having a splitting edge disposed at a rear end of the frame, a movable unit coupled to the reciprocating blade is configured to move along a linear path disposed on the frame. A drive means coupled to the movable unit moves the movable unit forward for moving the reciprocating blade so that a wood received into an aperture of the blade is cut when the reciprocating blade moves pasts the stationary blade. The drive means moves the movable unit rearward for pushing the wood there along the path towards the rear blade for splitting of wood by splitting edge.

Isolator overtravel protection for walk-behind floor scraper
An improved walk-behind floor scraper incorporates a plurality of isolators between a main plate and cutting head to reduce vibration and a plurality of stops to prevent damage to the isolators.
METHOD FOR SEPARATING A DRIED FIBER COMPOSITE FABRIC, USE OF A SEPARATING DEVICE FOR SEPARATING A DRIED FIBER COMPOSITE FABRIC, AND A WIND TURBINE
A method for separating a dry fiber composite fabric, to a use of a separating device for separating a dry fiber composite fabric and to a wind power installation. A method for separating a dry fiber composite fabric with a multiplicity of fabric layers arranged one on top of the other, comprising providing the dry fiber composite fabric and a separating device, separating the dry fiber composite fabric with the separating device, which comprises a separating element with a toothing, wherein the toothing has a wave profile with a plurality of teeth, wherein the separating is performed by a substantially translational movement of the toothing on and/or in the dry fiber composite fabric with a stroke that is greater than a tooth tip spacing of two adjacent teeth of the toothing.
