Printer
A printer includes: a conveyor; a printing device; a roller; a moving mechanism configured to move a moving member; and a cutter that performs a cutting operation. A controller executes: a printing processing for performing a printing operation while conveying the printing medium with the moving member being located at a second position; a cutting processing for performing the cutting operation after the printing operation is stopped; a moving processing for controlling the moving mechanism such that movement of the moving member to a first position is completed before the cutting operation; and a roller driving processing for, after the movement of the moving member to the first position is completed and before the cutting operation, rotating the roller in a direction for conveying the printing medium downstream in a conveying direction and stops the roller from rotating.
SLITTER-SCORER MACHINE WITH SUCTION SYSTEM FOR REMOVING TRIMS
The slitter-scorer machine includes a suction unit for removing trims cut by the cutting blades. The suction unit in turn includes a first pair of suction nozzles associated with a first set of cutting tools, and a second pair of suction nozzles, associated with a second set of cutting tools. The first pair of suction nozzles is adapted to suck trims generated by the first set of cutting tools and the second pair of suction nozzles is adapted to suck trims generated by the second set of cutting tools.
Cutting device for cutting relatively rigid web materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic materials or composites
A cutting device and corresponding method for cutting a relatively rigid material, such as for example paper, cardboard, plastic material, composite or other. The cutting device includes a first cutting disc sharpened along its peripheral edge and rotating around a first axis of rotation. A second cutting disc, also sharpened along its peripheral edge and rotating around a first axis of rotation (X3), is disposed in front of the first cutting disc with respect to the material and is co-planar with the first cutting disc (14).
BLADE HOLDER WITH ADJUSTING SLIDE
A blade holder (1) for a longitudinal cutting machine includes a rotatably mounted blade head (3) for holding a circular blade (4) and at least one locking device (2). At least one actuator actuates an element of the blade holder (1), and a moveably mounted adjusting slide (5) positions the blade head (3) on the longitudinal cutting machine. The adjusting slide (5) for positioning of the blade head (3) is moveable from a starting position to a positioning point. With the blade holder, materials can be cut perfectly with high precision. In particular, materials such as tissue, non-woven materials, paper, OLED film, displays, battery film, lithium batteries, aluminum, copper film, anodes, and cathodes can be cut.
Device and method for cutting a dough piece
The present invention relates to a device for cutting a dough piece comprising; a first dough conveyor, for conveying at least one dough sheet in a direction of conveyance that extends in a length direction of the first conveyor; a cutting station, the cutting station comprises at least one module carrier, wherein; said module carrier carrying a cutting module, said module for cutting dough sheets passing underneath the cutting station, and; said module carrier is movable with at least a directional component in a width direction of the first conveyor, and to a method for cutting a piece of dough comprising the steps of: conveying at least one dough sheet on a conveyor; continuously cutting, with at least a directional component in the width direction of the conveyor, the at least one dough sheet comprising; wherein the cutting takes place with a plurality of cutting units, and; the cutting units are independently moved.
TILE CUTTING MACHINE AND ABUTTING DEVICE THEREOF
A tile cutting machine includes a workbench, a cutting unit, and a table having two side surfaces, a load surface, and first and second end surfaces that are connected between the side surfaces. The abutting device includes an abutting member and a fixing unit. The abutting member includes a first limiting surface, a second limiting surface, a first abutting surface, and a second abutting surface, and is movable between a first working position, where the first abutting surface abuts against the first end surface of the table, and the first limiting surface is substantially perpendicular to the load surface, and a second working position, where the second abutting surface abuts against the second end surface of the table, and the second limiting surface is substantially perpendicular to the load surface of the table. The fixing unit is disposed for securing the abutting member to the table.
Machine and method for applying tubular shrink sleeve material to objects
A machine for applying tubular film to objects includes a mandrel about which a tubular film is passed, a perforation assembly for forming a perforation line across a width of the tubular film prior to the tubular film moving onto the mandrel, and a sleeve ejection arrangement associated with the mandrel to separate the tubular film along the perforation line to create a tubular sleeve that is ejected off of the mandrel and onto an object. The perforation assembly includes a perforation unit mounted for movement across the width the tubular film, the perforation unit including a perforation blade that is rotated over the tubular film, to apply the perforation line, as the perforation unit moves across the width of the tubular film.
Interleaving paper
The invention relates to a device for inserting an interleaving paper between a first and a second food slice, or a second and third food slice, a third and fourth food slice, etc., wherein the interleaving paper is guided in a channel and, in a time interval between the slicing of the first food slice and the slicing of the second food slice, exits the channel and enters a slicing region, wherein the channel is designed in such a way that the channel shapes the flat cross-section of the interleaving paper. The invention further relates to a slicing device and an interleaving paper.
TECHNIQUES FOR PRODUCING SHREDS FROM A FOOD RIBBON
A cutting apparatus for producing shreds from a food ribbon. The cutting apparatus includes a first motor unit, a guide track which is driven in a direction of rotation by the first motor unit, and a first knife portion and a second knife portion each of which are arranged on an outer side of the guide track. The first knife portion has a first blade structure with first elevations and first depressions. The second knife portion has a second blade structure with second elevations and second depressions. The second knife portion is arranged offset to the first knife portion. The second knife portion is arranged offset transversely to the direction of rotation so that at least one of the first elevations virtually engages in at least one of the second depressions and at least one of the second elevations virtually engages in at least one of the first depressions.
Cutting apparatus and printing apparatus
A cutting apparatus comprises a cutting unit including a first blade member and a second blade member that cooperates with the first blade member in cutting an object, configured to cut the object by moving the object and at least one of the first and second blade members relative to each other in a cutting direction; and a changing unit configured to change a crossing angle between the first blade member and the second blade member during an operation of cutting the object, wherein the changing unit makes the crossing angle after the start of the cutting smaller than the crossing angle at the start of the cutting.
