Custom elastomeric earmold with secondary material infusion
A method of making a mold, the mold having an interior cavity for containing a first material and a second material, wherein the mold comprises a first port configured to receive the first material, a second port configured to receive the second material, and a first channel for directing the second material to within the first material, the method includes: determining an electronic file having data representing a shape of an ear; processing the electronic file to create an electronic model of the mold, the electronic model of the mold having sprue features; and creating the mold based on the electronic model of the mold.
MOLDS FOR PRODUCTION OF OPHTHALMIC DEVICES
A method includes subjecting an ophthalmic device mold-forming material to drying conditions in a first inert gas environment for a time period sufficient to substantially dry the ophthalmic device mold-forming material; molding a first ophthalmic device mold part and a second ophthalmic device mold part from the dried ophthalmic device mold-forming material; and subjecting the first ophthalmic device mold part and the second ophthalmic device mold part to a second inert gas environment for a time period sufficient to substantially remove all oxygen in the first ophthalmic device mold part and the second ophthalmic device mold part.
CASTING MODULES AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MODULE-BASED CASTING
A method including: obtaining a part design file of a part; deriving, from the art design file, a central mold design; determining one or more fill points for the central mold design; and attaching one or more mating connectors to the determined one or more fill points to create a modular part mold file.
Mold and method for getting foot model thereof
A mold stepped on by a foot includes a seat, a plurality of telescopic rods, an image capturing device and an insole material. The telescopic rods are parallel to each other and are disposed in the seat. The telescopic rods stepped on by the foot generate a plurality of restoring forces, respectively. The image capturing device is disposed on the seat. The telescopic rods are captured by the image capturing device to generate a plurality of three-dimensional data of the telescopic rods. The insole material is disposed below the telescopic rods for molding an insole.
METHOD OF FABRICATING A DENTURE
A method of making a denture comprised of fabricating a mold form, including a mold surface corresponding to an external surface of the denture; casting a liquid mold block material against the mold surface of the mold form, and curing the liquid mold block material to form a solid mold block including a second mold surface corresponding to the external surface of the denture. Denture teeth are placed in the tooth sockets of the mold block. Denture base material is delivered against the denture base surface portion of the second mold surface and bases of the denture teeth. The liquid denture base material is cured into a solid state to form a denture base block including embedded denture teeth. The denture base block is placed in a milling fixture; and milled to form the internal surface of the denture.
PREPARATION METHOD OF SPLICING IMPRINT TEMPLATE AND CAVITY TEMPLATE
The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a splicing imprint template including a first splicing area and a second splicing area adjacent to each other, the preparation method including: forming a first splicing imprint pattern in the first splicing area on a base substrate; forming a sacrificial layer on a side surface of the first splicing imprint pattern facing away from the base substrate; forming a second template glue in the second splicing area on the base substrate; patterning the second template glue in the second splicing area by a preset cavity template; curing and demolding the second template glue; and removing the sacrificial layer through a specific film removing process. The present disclosure further provides a splicing imprint template and a cavity template.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MOLD FOR DIFFRACTION GRATING LIGHT GUIDE PLATE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DIFFRACTION GRATING LIGHT GUIDE PLATE
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a mold for a diffraction grating light guide plate by using two mask films, the mold having first to fourth pattern portions provided on one surface thereof, and to a method of manufacturing a diffraction grating light guide plate.
CERVID SKULL BOILER
A portable skull boiler in accordance with embodiments has a boiler basin optimally sized and configured for effective cleaning of cervid heads, with head positioning means, nose submersion means, and three or more adjustable and removable legs. The basin has one or more lids, and an adjustably positionable heat source. The skull boiler may be disassembled with all components securable in the boiler basin for transport and storage. The basin having a non rectilinear shape that conformingly receives and retains cervid heads thereby minimizing the size and volume of the basin facilitating efficient operation using minimal fuel and water, and easy transport.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR PREPARATION OF A VULVA REPLICA
Embodiments of the disclosed technology generally include systems and methods for the replication of a vulva. This disclosed method and system provides an option for the creation of an adult pleasure device by replication of the consumer's vulva for use by his, her, or their partner for sexual pleasure in the absence of his, her, or their partner. However, the potential applications of this invention are not limited to such use, and have many uses, such as for a keepsake, an intimate gift, or a fun experience.
Custom-made artificial nipple
An artificial nipple is formed of an elastomeric polymer by use of 3D printing after imaging of a mother's breast in an active state of lactation. The artificial nipple used as an attachment to a baby bottle or as the nipple component of a pacifier. Use of an artificial nipple formed in this manner mitigates a problem with nipple confusion, as may otherwise manifest in newborn offspring.
