CONVEYOR DEVICE AND FILLING MACHINE FOR PASTY FOODS
A conveying device is provided for a pasty food product such as meat or pasta products. The conveying device includes a housing having a food inlet and a food outlet and a conveying chamber, a first conveying screw rotatably arranged in the conveying chamber and a second conveying screw rotatably arranged in the conveying chamber. The first and the second conveying screws are arranged with their axes of rotation substantially parallel with each other and have intermeshing helical coils. The pitch of the coils of the conveying screws becomes continuously smaller in at least one section between the inlet and the outlet, thereby to precisely portion the food product while avoiding smearing or gas bubble formations.

Comminuted meat products and apparatuses and methods for producing comminuted meat products
A method includes receiving a stream of input material made up of pieces of meat and separating a first material and a second material from the input material. The first material includes liquified meat fat and the second material includes raw lean meat. Fat granules are formed from a portion of the first material. A quantity of the meat fat granules at a meat fat blending temperature are then combined with a quantity of the second material at a lean meat blending temperature to produce a target comminuted meat product having a target lean point.
Automated Food/Feed Mass Transport System
A food processing line that includes at least one grinder which grinds or pre-grinds food to form a food mass, at least two mixers which mixes the food mass or at least two mixer-grinders which further mixes and grinds the food mass, at least one of the at least two mixers or at least one of the at least two mixer-grinders act as a buffer, at least one additional buffer means is provided, and at least one portioning/moulding apparatus is provided to portion and/or mould individual food/feed products.
Emulsification system
An emulsion system is provided. The system includes a shaft that supports a plurality of cutting assemblies and screens in alternating order, wherein the cutting assembly rotates with respect to an in close proximity to the screen. The cutting assemblies include a plurality of cutting elements that extend radially outward from a hub and are positioned at consistent radial spacing along the perimeter of the hub. Each cutting element includes front and back edges that cut food particles in conjunction with holes within the screen, wherein the front and back edges are substantially perpendicular.
Emulsification system
An emulsion system is provided. The system includes a shaft that supports a plurality of cutting assemblies and plates in alternating order, wherein the cutting assembly rotates with respect to an in close proximity to the plate. The plurality of cutting plates each on their circumferential edge have an identification system to memorialize the diameter of the emulsion holes.
