MOLD, INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED PRODUCT
A mold includes a stationary mold, a movable mold, a coupling unit that performs coupling and uncoupling of the stationary mold and the movable mold, a coupling portion movement unit that moves a coupling portion of the stationary mold and the movable mold in a mold closing direction, and a control unit that controls the coupling unit and the coupling portion movement unit.
MOLDING METHOD FOR OPERATING MOLDING DEVICE
A molding method includes providing a molding device, wherein the molding device includes a first mold and a second mold corresponding to the first mold; moving the first mold towards the second mold to form a first mold cavity; supplying a gas to the first mold cavity; injecting a material into the first mold cavity; and moving the first mold away from the second mold to form a second mold cavity and discharge at least a portion of the gas out of the molding device, wherein a first volume of the first mold cavity is substantially less than a second volume of the second mold cavity.
Method for controlling injection molding machine and injection molding machine
In an injection molding machine in which intermediate molds are disposed movably in a mold opening/closing direction between a movable platen attached with a movable mold and a stationary platen attached with a stationary mold, setting is simplified when individually setting a setting value related to molding using the movable mold and the intermediate mold and a setting value related to molding using the stationary mold and the intermediate mold. In a method for controlling an injection molding machine in which intermediate molds are disposed movably in a mold opening/closing direction between a movable platen attached with a movable mold and a stationary platen attached with a stationary mold, single setting enables setting of both of a setting value related to molding using the movable mold and the intermediate mold and a setting value related to molding using the stationary mold and the intermediate mold.
DOUBLE INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM THAT CAN AUTOMATICALLY PRODUCE VEHICLE INJECTION-MOLDED PARTS FOUR AT A TIME CONTINUOUSLY
Provided is a double injection molding system capable of continuously and automatically manufacturing four molded products for a vehicle at a time, the double injection molding system including: a first molding device which molds the openable plates of the molded products for a vehicle through injection of plastic; a second molding device which receives the openable plates and molds the sealing portions through injection of rubber around the openable plates to finish the molded products; and a transport device which takes out the openable plates formed by the molding device and transports the openable plates, to the second molding device, so that the double injection molding process of the openable plates and the sealing portions is automated to secure product reliability and to improve productivity.
INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN OPHTHALMIC LENS MOLD THROUGH INJECTION MOLDING
An injection molding apparatus for manufacturing an ophthalmic lens mold having a front surface comprising a lens forming portion and a rear surface, comprises a first molding tool and a second molding tool. The first and second molding tools are movable towards and away from each other between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position the first mold forming portion of the first molding tool and the second mold forming portion of the second molding tool define a cavity between them corresponding in shape to the shape of the ophthalmic lens mold. The surface of the second mold forming portion, at least in a central zone thereof, has a surface roughness S.sub.a in the range of 0.3 m to 2 m, and a surface roughness S.sub.z in the range of 10 m to 50 m.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING COMPONENTS OR PROFILES
A method for producing components or profiles from at least one solidifiable plastic mass in an injection moulding facility, said method comprising stationary mould components and mould components which are movable with respect thereto. The method includes injection of solidifiable plastic mass into a runner formed in the movable mould components and, from there, via connections either in portions into one or more mould cavities. The runner is enclosed by at least one stationary, temperature-controlled mould component. A continuous runner mass strand is formed with attachment mass strands, which is transported away from the casting site with increasing cooling and solidification and increasing length, together with the filled mould cavities and mould cavity portions. The runner mass strand, together with the connection mass strands, after its solidification and after opening the mould cavity or the mould cavities is separated from the component(s), and the component or the components is/are ejected.
MOLD CONVEYANCE GUIDE APPARATUS IN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A mold conveyance guide apparatus includes: a linear guide that is attached along a conveyance direction of a mold to a mold attachment surface of at least one of a fixed platen or a movable platen to which the mold is fixed; a slider that is movably attached to the linear guide; and a coupling arm that is swingably attached to the slider in a direction coming closer to or separating from the mold attachment surface and is coupled to the mold in an engageable and disengageable manner.
RESIN MOLDING DEVICE AND METHOD
A movable mold includes a main mold part, a separate mold part separate from the main mold part, and a relative movement mechanism moving the separate mold part relative to the main mold part in a driving direction of a mold driver.
Container Holder, Analyzer, and Method for Manufacturing Container Holder
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a container holder with which it is possible to hold a container in a non-tilted manner and which has a draft angle for smoothly extracting a die used when manufacturing the container holder through injection-molding. A hole in which the container holder according to the present invention accommodates a container has a first wall section and a second wall section, the first wall section having a shape such that the hole widens from an opening section toward a bottom section, and the second wall section having a shape such that the hole widens from the bottom section toward the opening section (refer to FIG. 4).
Injection molding system
An injection molding system includes a first unit in which an injection molding machine is disposed and an option unit. The injection molding machine is configured to be attachable with a stationary die and a movable die that moves with respect to the stationary die. The option unit includes at least one of a second unit in which a robot that moves a molded article molded by the injection molding machine is disposed and a third unit in which at least one of a material dryer that dries a material supplied to the injection molding machine and a material supply section that supplies the material to the injection molding machine is disposed. The first unit is configured to be detachably attachable with the option unit.
