Molding machine teaching aid
A molding machine teaching aid includes a frame unit, a molding unit, a material supply unit, a drive unit and a monitoring unit. The molding unit includes a fixed die holder, a movable die holder, and two die kernels respectively and detachably disposed on the fixed and movable die holders. The material supply unit includes a heating module for melting a wire material, and an extruder transporting the molten material into a die cavity formed between the die kernels. The drive unit is controllable to drive movement of the movable die holder relative to the frame unit. The monitoring unit is for a user to operate to control the extruder, the heating module and the drive unit.
Injection molding and assembly apparatus and method of molding and assembling a plurality of two different molded parts
An injection molding apparatus may include a first mold plate and a second mold plate. The second mold plate may be movable outside an injection molding station defined by these mold plates. The second mold plate may carry parts of type A and parts of type B molded at the same time within the injection molding station. A transferring mechanism may carry the second mold plate to removing and assembling stations where molded parts A are first removed from the second mold plate and next parts A are positioned relative molded parts B, where the molded parts B and A are finally assembled. Simultaneously other parts A and B may be molded at the injection molding station using an additional and identical second mold plate. Depending on the application, molded parts A and B may be made of the same or different materials.

Provided is a method of manufacturing a resin retainer having two annular sections. A fixed-side cavity forming mold has a first axial mold surface that is in contact with an axial end surface of a first annular section of the annular sections of a resin retainer having two annular sections, and a first protruding portion protruding from the first axial mold surface. A movable-side cavity forming mold has a second axial mold surface that is in contact with an axial end surface of a second annular section of the annular sections of the resin retainer, and a second protruding portion protruding from the second axial mold surface. A slide core sliding step is performed in which slide cores are slid toward an outer diameter and pocket-forming protruding portions of the slide cores are extracted from a pocket of the retainer, and then a mold opening step is performed in which the movable-side cavity forming mold is opened relative to the fixed-side cavity forming mold.
MOLD AND INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE EVALUATION METHOD
A mold includes: a fixed mold; a movable mold facing the fixed mold; a first plate having a first opening into which the fixed mold is incorporated and fixing the fixed mold; and a second plate having a second opening into which the movable mold is incorporated and fixing the movable mold. The fixed mold and the movable mold define a cavity. The fixed mold and the movable mold are sized for attachment to a first injection molding device, and the first plate and the second plate are sized for attachment to a second injection molding device different from the first injection molding device.
Injection molding machine
An injection molding machine includes: a fixed side member; and a movable side member fixed to the fixed side member, the movable side member being driven by a motor in order to perform injection molding of a molded product. The injection molding machine further includes a power feeding apparatus, one or more motors, and at least one servo amplifier. The power feeding apparatus converts a three-phase AC voltage into a DC voltage. The one or more of the motors are provided in the movable side member and drive the movable side member. The at least one servo amplifier is provided in the movable side member and drives one of the one or more of the motors by the DC voltage being supplied thereto through a DC power supply line.

In a method for controlling an injection molding machine 11 in which intermediate molds 18 are disposed movably in a mold opening/closing direction between a movable platen 15 attached with a movable mold 14 and a stationary platen 17 attached with a stationary mold 16, single setting enables setting of both of a setting value related to molding using the movable mold 14 and the intermediate mold 18 and a setting value related to molding using the stationary mold 16 and the intermediate mold 18.
