An injection-molding system includes an extruding system configured to produce a mixture; discharging channels communicable with the extruding system, wherein each of the discharging channels includes an outlet; and a molding device configured to receive the mixture from the outlets and including a space and feeding ports correspondingly engageable with the outlets. An injection-molding method includes providing an extruding system configured to produce a mixture, a first discharging channel including a first outlet, a second discharging channel including a second outlet, and a molding device including a space and first and second feeding ports communicable with the space and respectively engageable with the first and second outlets; engaging the first outlet with the first feeding port; engaging the second outlet with the second feeding port; injecting the mixture through the first outlet and the first feeding port; and injecting the mixture through the second outlet and the second feeding port.

An injection molding apparatus comprising a clamp plate, a heated manifold, an actuator, a mold and a cooling device, wherein the cooling device comprises: a heat transmitter comprising a distal arm or member and a proximal base or member, the distal arm or member being mounted by a spring loadable interconnection or engagement to or with the proximal base or member, the clamp plate, the mold, the manifold, the actuator and the heat transmitter being assemblable together in an arrangement wherein the spring loadable interconnection is loaded urging the distal end surface of the distal arm or member into compressed engagement with the clamp plate.
Sprue-bush
In order to provide a sprue-bush which is capable of suitably cooling a melt raw resin in a raw resin-flow path as a whole, there is provided a sprue-bush, comprising a raw resin-flow path and a cooling medium-flow path located around the raw resin-flow path, wherein a width dimension of the raw-resin flow path gradually becomes larger toward a downstream side-end surface of the sprue-bush, and wherein the downstream side-end surface of the sprue-bush is a heat transfer surface.
INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS WITH A THERMAL BRIDGE
An injection molding apparatus is disclosed. The injection molding apparatus includes a hot runner system having a manifold for receiving material from a source and a nozzle for delivering molding material received from the manifold to a mold cavity. A valve pin that is connectable to an actuator for translating the valve pin between open and closed positions is slidably received in a valve pin seal at an upstream end of the nozzle. Hot runner system includes a thermal bridge that is in conductive thermal communication with the valve pin seal and, a cooled mold plate.
Mesh injection mold
An injection mold includes two mold halves, each of the mold halves including a mold cavity coupled with a plastic material inlet to make a plastic part within the mold cavity, a solid metal material housing the mold cavity, a conformal cooling channel positioned around the solid metal material, a plurality of mesh-containing cavities containing metallic mesh material and positioned around the solid metal material, wherein the metallic mesh material of any of the plurality of mesh-containing cavities is of a constant size.
HOT CHANNEL DEVICE
A hot channel device for guiding an incoming hot melt, in particular a plastic melt, to a gate opening of a mould insert of a tool, which gate opening can be opened and closed again by a movable needle, wherein the hot channel device has a first hot channel region, with a coolable melt transfer region, and a second hot channel region, which are arranged one behind the other in the flow direction of the melt toward the mould insert, wherein the coolable melt transfer region has a melt transfer chamber, which is penetrated by the needle, said needle being guided displaceably in a needle channel so as to be sealed by a needle seal, and the needle channel continues in an aligned manner in a melt channel of the second hot channel region.

Method for producing floorboard for quick sideslip installation
A production method of a floor for quick side-slide installation includes the following steps: step 1: sorting of floor blanks; step 2: curing of the floor blanks; step 3: sanding of the floor blanks; step 4: cutting-to-thickness of the floor blanks; step 5: surface treatment of the floor blanks; step 6: cutting-to-length and molding of the floor blanks; step 7: spraying of anti-cracking oil on the floor blanks; step 8: plastic encapsulation of the floor blanks; step 9: application of a paint to back surfaces of the floor blanks; and step 10: application of the paint or vegetable oil to the floor blanks. A locking frame is hidden under bosses of a floor blank after being injection-molded, which achieves high locking accuracy and firm assembly.
