MOLD CLOSING UNIT FOR AN INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
The invention relates to a mold closing unit (10) for an injection molding machine for processing plastics and other compounds that can be plasticized, such as ceramic and pulverous compounds. Said mold closing unit comprises at least one machine bed (20), at least one stationary platen (14), and at least one platen (16) that can be moved relative to the stationary platen (14) by means of a drive mechanism (44), wherein the movable platen (16) can be moved on a slide (22) having guide shoes (26) along at least one guide (24) attached to the machine bed (20), and the drive mechanism (44) has at least one gear rack drive (38) driven by at least one drive motor (32). Because at least two gear racks (34) are fixedly connected to the machine bed (20) and because the drive motor (32) is fixedly connected to the slide (22) and, in the event of a movement of the movable platen (16), moves synchronously with the movable platen (16) in the same direction, occurring tilting torques are reduced and safe operation of the mold closing unit is ensured.
Mold opening/closing device
Provided is a mold opening/closing device that can prevent a ball screw shaft from reaching a risky speed while using a ball screw having a cantilever supporting structure. A mold clamping device according to the present invention is provided with: a ball screw having a ball screw shaft and a ball screw nut that meshes with the ball screw shaft; and a motor that drives the ball screw. One end of the ball screw shaft is supported by a fixation plate or a movable plate so as to be rotatable or non-rotatable, while being restricted in movement in an axial direction and thereby serving as a fixed end, and the other end thereof serves as a free end. Further, the mold clamping device is characterized in that a distance between the ball screw nut and the fixed end is shorter than a distance between the fixed plate and the movable plate.
INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE
An injection molding device includes a housing having a door, an injection molding machine, a detection section, and a control section. The control section controls voltage applied to the mold clamping motor, and performs mold-clamping and mold-opening of the upper mold and the lower mold by either moving the injection unit and the upper mold along the vertical direction or by moving the lower mold along the vertical direction. The mold clamping device further includes a first brake section that, when application of voltage to the mold clamping motor is stopped, regulates movement of the injection unit and the upper mold in the vertical direction or movement of the lower mold in the vertical direction. When the detection section detects that the door is open or detects intrusion of foreign matter, the control section stops application of voltage to the mold clamping motor.
Method for manufacturing resin molded product
Provided is a resin molding apparatus that can suppress a molding problem caused by a variation in a thickness of an object to be molded or suppress a variation in a thickness of a resin molded part, and can perform a mold releasing operation. A resin molding apparatus includes: a molding mold having one mold and the other mold; one mold wedge mechanism; and one mold cavity block driving mechanism. In a state that a height position of one mold cavity block is set using the one mold cavity block driving mechanism and a position in a direction away from the other mold in the one mold cavity block having been moved to the height position is fixed to be limited using the one mold wedge mechanism, a mold releasing operation can be performed using the one mold wedge mechanism and the one mold cavity block driving mechanism.

Closing unit of a shaping machine
A closing unit of a shaping machine includes a moveable clamping plate, a push rod connected to the moveable clamping plate and having an outside profile, a divided locking nut provided with an inside profile, and a closing force mechanism for acting on the moveable mold clamping plate with a closing force. The push rod is lockable in a closed position of the locking nut by the cooperation of the inside profile and the outside profile with the closing force mechanism. For displacement of the locking nut between an opened and the closed position, a rotary drive is provided for rotation of a shaft, and at least one toothed rack cooperates with the shaft by way of a tooth arrangement and is connected to the locking nut.
Mold-clamping machine
A mold clamping machine includes a stationary mount, a movable mount, a mold-clamping mechanism and a mold opening and-closing mechanism. The mold-clamping mechanism includes a cylindrical constraining mechanism and has a magnet mechanism built therein. By causing a current to flow or not flow, the constraining mechanism changes to an unconstrained state or to a constraining state. In the unconstrained state, the mold clamping mechanism is movable relative to and along a tie bar. In the constrained state, the mold clamping mechanism becomes unmovable relative to the tie bar. The magnet mechanism positions the mold-clamping mechanism at any desired arbitrary position along the tie bar.
Delivery Device Apparatuses, Systems, and Methods
