Access to cooling manifold valve controls in injection molding operations
In an injection molding system a cooling manifold system includes a first manifold disposed adjacent to a second manifold. Supply valves are arranged to selectively pass a coolant from the first manifold respectively to each of a plurality of mold cooling circuits and a plurality of return valves are arranged to selectively pass the coolant from the plurality of mold cooling circuits to the second manifold when one or more of a plurality of return valves is in an open position. Valve pairs associated with a common mold cooling circuit are mechanically linked so that operation of a supply valve and return valve can be concurrently performed from one side of the manifold system without interference from a plurality of hoses attached to the supply and return valves.

CASSETTE MOLD TYPE INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
The cassette mold type injection molding machine controls a first temperature control circuit to supply a heat medium having a heating temperature from a first heating device to a matrix supply path, controls a second temperature control circuit to supply the heat medium having a cooling temperature from a second heating device to the core cavity supply path, and performs cassette mold cool down control in which a bypass control valve is controlled to connect a bypass path and a main body supply path, such that a second heating device or a core cavity supply path is connected to a main body supply path, and thus the heat medium having the heating temperature is supplied to the matrix and the heat medium having the cooling temperature is supplied to a cassette mold main body and a core cavity portion.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED PRODUCT
A method for continuously manufacturing molded products by repeating a plurality of molding cycles includes, in each molding cycle, filling a resin composition into a mold, pressing the resin composition in the mold, cooling the resin composition in the mold using cooling water, and releasing the resin composition from an interior of the mold to obtain a molded product. An A-th molding cycle of the plurality of molding cycles can be a delay cycle delayed from a B-th molding cycle. When the A-th cycle is the delay cycle, the flow rate of the cooling water flowing in the mold at the cooling step is decreased in the A-th cycle as compared with the B-th cycle.

Provided is a temperature control device having at least one temperature control branch connected to a feed, and a pump system including at least one pump for the delivery of temperature control medium in the feed. Additionally, the temperature control device is provided with at least one sensor by which at least one of the parameters from the group of temperature, through-flow amount and pressure can be detected, and a control or regulating device for regulating or controlling a delivery of the pump system, to which signals from the at least one sensor can be fed.
Injection mold having a simplified evaporative cooling system or a simplified cooling system with exotic cooling fluids
An injection mold assembly for a high output consumer product injection molding machine, the injection mold assembly having a simplified cooling system that is an evaporative cooling system or a cooling system including a hazardous, dangerous, or expensive cooling fluid. The simplified cooling system has a cooling fluid channel that is confined to a mold support plate.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL APPARATUS
A temperature control apparatus includes a temperature control branch connected to a feed line for a temperature control medium, a pump system including a pump for conveying the medium, a pump open-loop or closed-loop control device for controlling the output of the pump system, a throttle device having a variable degree of opening for throttling a quantitative through-flow of the medium in the temperature control branch, and an open-loop or closed-loop control device with the degree of opening of the throttle device as a setting value and with a control variable from the group: degree of opening of the throttle device, temperature, temperature difference, through-flow, pressure or a physical value to be derived from that group. The pump open-loop or closed-loop control device provides for open-loop or closed-loop control of the delivery output of the pump system depending on the degree of opening of the throttle device.
