The process involves a single-screw extruder and a twin-screw extruder in mixing a first material and a second material, and a hydraulic distributor evenly distributing the first and second materials to a mesh forming machine to produce the plastic form. The plastic form has a mesh structure by a first piece, a second piece, multiple first partitions, at least a second partition, multiple channels. The first and second materials respectively include at least one of PP particles, PE particles, PC particles, PA particles, ABS resin particles, fiberglass particles, and stone powder, in accordance with application requirement. The plastic form has advantages such as high structural strength, impact resistance, adhesion, hardness, anti-skidding, and flame retarding. As recycled materials are used, the plastic form is also inexpensive and environmentally friendly.

A biaxially-stretched polyester film having features (a), (b), (c), and (d) below and having a thickness of 10 to 30 μm: (a) the biaxially-stretched polyester film is formed from a polyester resin composition containing a polybutylene terephthalate resin (A) in a range of 60% by mass or more; (b) a thermal shrinkage of the biaxially-stretched polyester film at 150° C. for 30 minutes is −2 to +2%; (c) thickness accuracy of the biaxially-stretched polyester film is 1 to 20%; and (d) a total amount of 1,4-butanediol and tetrahydrofuran volatilized during heating at a temperature of 135° C. for 60 minutes is not more than 2000 ppb.

The main flow passages each have an inlet section and an outlet section. The inlet section of each main flow passage is connected to the inlet. The extension direction of the inlet section of each main flow passage respectively defines with the central axis an included angle therebetween. The sum of the angles of the two first included angles ranges from 45 to 52 degrees. The longitudinal cross-sectional width of each main flow passage gradually decreases from the inlet toward the outlets. In this way, the forming mold of the present invention can effectively improve production efficiency and can increase the stability of the product manufacturing process.

This fiber comprises a polymeric optical core and cladding layer, surrounded by a polymeric overcladding layer which comprises a miscible blend of one or more hydrolytically stable amorphous polymers. By varying the ratios of the component polymers in the overcladding blend, the glass transition temperature and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the overcladding layer may be tuned to optimize the attenuation and bandwidth of the plastic optical fiber.
