Automated cordless smoker
A system for smoking or grilling food that uses a wood pellet burner to provide the heat and smoke for the smoking/grilling process and wherein all the electrical requirements for the system are provided by a thermoelectric generator that receives thermal energy from the wood pellet burner and converts a portion of that thermal energy into electricity, and wherein a microcontroller is used to accurately regulate the smoking or grilling temperatures and the temperatures of the thermoelectric generator.

MULTI-CHAMBER SMOKE TRAY FOR AN INDOOR SMOKER
An indoor smoker includes a firebox defining a smoldering chamber and a smoke tray positioned within the smoldering chamber and having a plurality of chambers, each having a dedicated smoldering heater. The plurality of chambers may be thermally isolated to prevent cross-ignition of combustible material between chambers. In addition, the smoldering heaters may be selectively energized to selectively smolder the combustible material in each of the plurality of chambers.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REGULATING THE FLOW OF SMOKE IN AN INDOOR SMOKER
An indoor smoker includes a smoking chamber, a fresh air supply duct, a firebox defining a smoldering chamber, and an exhaust duct. An air handler is operably coupled to the exhaust duct and is configured for urging a flow of fresh air and/or smoke through the smoking chamber and out the exhaust duct which contains a catalytic converter. A flow regulating device, such as a rotary valve, is rotated between angular positions to control the flows of air and smoke, e.g., to facilitate a smoking process, a cold smoking process, a pause in the smoking process, or process termination.
SMOKER BOX
A smoker box for use in a gas grill provides improved thermal distribution with a construction of:
a fire resistant, heat-conductive housing having a base, a gas flow volume for smoke-generating combustible material and a chimney with a controlled-emission opening, wherein: a) the base having a perimeter that establishes a support for the gas flow volume; b) side walls extend inwardly from the perimeter towards a central area of the smoker box to form side enclosure faces for the gas flow volume; c) the side walls extend to a vertical chimney structure having a smoke-generating combustible material over the gas flow volume; and d) the vertical chimney structure has an adjustable cap above the vertical chimney element storage volume for smoke-generating combustible material which adjusts smoke flow out of the storage volume.
SMOKING APPARATUS AND METHODS
A smoker assembly includes a body portion comprising a body top end and a body bottom end. The body portion includes at least one air inlet vent defined therethrough proximate the body top end. The smoker assembly also includes at least one air inlet duct coupled to the body portion. The air inlet duct includes a first opening configured to align with the air inlet vent and a second opening configured to be positioned proximate the body portion bottom end.
Smoke generating assembly for an indoor smoker
A smoke generating assembly for an indoor smoker includes a smoke barrel having a rotating auger positioned therein. The smoke barrel may be supplied with combustible material at a first end of the smoke barrel and the auger may be intermittently rotated to advance the combustible material toward a second end of the smoke barrel and over a smoldering heater to generate a flow of smoke. The smoldering heater may be spaced apart from the smoke barrel by an igniter gap that permits pellet dust from the combustible material to fall into the container below, leaving only solid combustible material to pass through the smoldering heater for combustion.

Cocktail smoking chimneys and methods for infusing smoke into cocktails, beverages and alcoholic drinks
A cocktail smoking chimney for infusing smoke into a beverage includes a sealing base having a center and an outer perimeter. A chimney stack is aligned with the center of the sealing base and projects from a top major surface of the sealing base. A combustion chamber is disposed within the chimney stack. A smoke directing lip is aligned with the center of the sealing base and projects from a bottom major surface of the sealing base. The combustion chamber is aligned with the smoke directing lip. One or more smoke transfer openings are formed in the sealing base, each having an upper end in fluid communication with the combustion chamber and a lower end that is surrounded by the smoke directing lip. The sealing base, the chimney stack, and the smoke directing lip are made of wood. A combustible material may be packed into the combustion chamber.
