Stove
A stove includes a stove unit having a top grilling surface, a cover unit, a guiding unit, and a balance-providing unit having a cross bar, at least one mounting seat, and at least one constant-force spring that is mounted on the at least one mounting seat and that is connected to the cross bar. During the movement of the cover unit in a top-bottom direction, the at least one constant-force spring provides a substantially constant resilient force which counteracts a weight of the cover unit to position the cover unit at any point between a lifted position, where the cover unit is spaced apart from the top grilling surface, and a cover position, where the cover unit covers the top grilling surface.

ELECTRIC SMOKER
An electric food smoker is disclosed that includes a smoker chamber for holding food to be smoked, a wood compartment for holding smoke producing material to generate smoke, a chamber coil in the smoker chamber to control cooking temperature, and a wood coil in the wood compartment to control temperature for generating smoke. The wood compartment is separated from the smoker chamber. The wood compartment can be located in and insulated from the smoker chamber. The wood compartment can have vents allowing smoke to exit into the smoker chamber. The wood coil can have multiple temperature settings to control the amount of smoke generated; or can have a high smoke setting for generating more smoke and a normal smoke setting for generating less smoke. The chamber coil can maintain the cooking temperature in the smoker chamber regardless of the temperature setting for the wood coil.
Smoker with variable configuration
A system includes a smoker having a cooking chamber and a firebox in fluid communication with the cooking chamber. The system includes a cooking grate within the cooking chamber, a first exhaust opening in the cooking chamber proximate the firebox, and a plurality of generally horizontal baffles below the cooking grate. At least one of these is situated near the firebox to direct smoke away from the firebox before it rises above a level of the cooking grate.

Cold Smoke System
A cold smoke system having a smoke chamber member mounted to a frame. The chamber member defines a receptacle for receiving a combustible fuel source for producing smoke. An ignitor ignites the fuel source. A fan moves air and smoke through the receptacle and into, e.g., a grill cooking chamber. A floor of the chamber member defines an ignitor slot for receiving the ignitor and defines ash openings for allowing to fall out of the receptacle into a tray. The smoke chamber member may be rotationally mounted to the frame. The receptacle has an increasing cross-sectional area in a direction of air flow through the receptacle. A fuel container containing the fuel source is received in the receptacle of the chamber member. The fuel container may have a shape that corresponds to the shape of the receptacle and may be constructed of the same material as the fuel source.

COCKTAIL SMOKING CHIMNEYS AND METHODS FOR INFUSING SMOKE INTO COCKTAILS, BEVERAGES AND ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
A cocktail smoking chimney for infusing smoke into a beverage includes a sealing base having a center and an outer perimeter. A chimney stack is aligned with the center of the sealing base and projects from a top major surface of the sealing base. A combustion chamber is disposed within the chimney stack. A smoke directing lip is aligned with the center of the sealing base and projects from a bottom major surface of the sealing base. The combustion chamber is aligned with the smoke directing lip. One or more smoke transfer openings are formed in the sealing base, each having an upper end in fluid communication with the combustion chamber and a lower end that is surrounded by the smoke directing lip. The sealing base, the chimney stack, and the smoke directing lip are made of wood. A combustible material may be packed into the combustion chamber.
