Temperature control device, temperature control method, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium
In a temperature control device, a resin flow channel is formed from a nozzle section and a cylinder section that is connected to the nozzle section and the device controls the temperature of the resin that flows in the resin flow channel. The temperature control device is provided with: a first temperature sensor for detecting the nozzle temperature of the resin flowing through the nozzle section; a first temperature control unit for performing PID control so that the nozzle temperature achieves a first target temperature; multiple second temperature sensors for detecting the cylinder temperature of the resin flowing through the cylinder section; and second temperature control units for performing PID control so that the cylinder temperature achieves a second target temperature. The second temperature control units perform PID control of the cylinder temperature using temperature control information from the first temperature control unit.
Method of injection molding with down cavity detection
A method of detecting and compensating for a non-operational mold cavity in an injection molding apparatus having a plurality of mold cavities and an injection molding screw or ram includes injecting, via the injection molding screw or ram, a molten thermoplastic material into the plurality of mold cavities. The method includes measuring a first process parameter of the injection molding apparatus at a pre-determined time during or after the injecting. The method also includes determining, based on the first process parameter, whether one or more mold cavities of the plurality of mold cavities are non-operational. Then, when it is determined that one or more mold cavities are non-operational, the method includes automatically adjusting the first process parameter or a second process parameter of the injection molding apparatus.
Material delivery device, three-dimensional shaping device, and injection molding device
A material delivery device includes: a plasticizing unit including a screw; a nozzle through which a plasticized material is delivered to outside; a communication flow path provided between the screw and the nozzle and through which the plasticized material flows; a pressure detection unit including a first cylinder coupled to the communication flow path, a rod inserted into the first cylinder, and a pressure sensor disposed with the rod separated from the communication flow path, in which the rod is configured to receive a pressure of the plasticized material in the communication flow path at a first end surface facing the communication flow path, and transmit the pressure to the pressure sensor through a second end surface opposite to the first end surface; and a rotation regulation mechanism configured to regulate rotation of the rod about a central axis along a longitudinal direction of the rod by engaging a first engaging portion provided on a side surface of the rod and a second engaging portion to be engaged with the first engaging portion.
INJECTION NOZZLE, INJECTION APPARATUS, AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
An injection nozzle is attachable to a tip end of a heating cylinder and having an in-nozzle flow path formed therein. The injection nozzle is attached to the heating cylinder by being pressed against the heating cylinder by a nozzle pressing member that is fixed to an end surface of a tip end of the heating cylinder. An outer peripheral surface of the injection nozzle has a sensor hole that is opened at a position contacting the nozzle pressing member, and a temperature sensor is inserted into the sensor hole.

CONTROL METHOD AND HIGH-SPEED FLUID INJECTION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a control method for a high-speed fluid injection system and a system configured for implementing the control method. Similarly, the invention has a monitoring system for the system configured for implementing the control method. In particular, the present invention allows automatically, precisely, and continuously controlling the amount of fluid injected or applied to a plurality of parts.
RESIN INTRUSION PREVENTION STRUCTURE, INJECTION DEVICE, AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A resin intrusion prevention structure for preventing resin intrusion into a heater in a shut-off nozzle, the shut-off nozzle including a nozzle body having an injection flow path, through which resin flows, in an axial direction and a shut-off valve configured to open and block the injection flow path. The resin intrusion prevention structure is provided in a vicinity of a sliding exposed portion, which is exposed to an outer circumferential surface of the nozzle body in a sliding portion, and is configured to prevent the resin leaking from the sliding exposed portion from intruding into the heater provided in the shut-off nozzle.
Closed loop control for injection molding processes
Systems and approaches for controlling an injection molding machine having a mold forming a mold cavity and being controlled according to an injection cycle include extruding a molten polymer according to an extrusion profile and measuring at least one variable during the extrusion profile with a first sensor. At least one extrusion operational parameter is adjusted based on the measured variable. The extrusion profile is terminated upon the molten polymer exceeding a first threshold, and the molten polymer is injected into the mold cavity according to an injection profile via a screw that moves from a first position to a second position. Upon completion of the injection profile, a recovery profile commences in which the screw is moved to the first position.
Remote controller for controlling apparatus by diverting feedback signal from native controller to the remote controller and methods for same
A remote controller can be provided on any apparatus that employs feedback control from a native controller to add functionality to the apparatus where the native controller is not capable of providing such functionality independently.
