An apparatus for the manufacture and unloading of preforms for the manufacture of plastic containers includes a device for the injection molding of preforms and a device for the cooling and extraction of the preforms from the molding device, and further includes a device for the selective extraction of a predetermined subset of preforms supported by the unloading plate in an orderly manner along at least one pickup direction. The apparatus also includes a component for the orderly transfer of the predetermined subset of preforms to a control and inspection device adapted to perform at least one control on the predetermined subset of preforms.

A plastic injection-moulding machine includes an injection unit for processing a plastic mass, and a closing unit having an injection-moulding tool with a cavity, into which plastic mass is injected by the injection unit to produce a moulded part. A machine controller controls the injection unit and the closing unit according to a machine program running on the machine controller. A user interface device communicates with the machine controller and has a screen for displaying text information and/or image information. The machine controller includes a data memory for storing the text information and/or image information in the form of data sets, and a process generator for manually assigning each state parameter of the plastic injection-moulding machine a data set. The process generator automatically writes the data set into the data memory or automatically reads out the data set for display on the screen in accordance with the associated state parameter.

A manufacturing method of a semiconductor device includes the steps of: preparing a lead frame; mounting a plurality of semiconductor chips on the lead frame; and sealing one portion of the lead frame with a sealing resin. The resin-sealing step includes the step of: disposing the lead frame, molds having main surfaces on which cavity parts are formed, the lead frame being disposed on the main surface of the heated molds; injecting a resin in the main surfaces of the heated molds so as to seal the one portion of the lead frame with the sealing resin; and taking out the lead frame from the heated molds. In the taking-out step, while the lead frame is taken out, the main surfaces of the molds are inspected by using a sensor, and the sensor is cooled and formed integrally with an arm used for taking out the lead frame.

Method and device for detecting a geometric feature of molded parts
A method and a device for detecting a geometric feature of consistent molded parts takes into account the different stages of cooling due to different durations of transport of the individual removed molded parts to the inspection system. Both the geometric feature and the temperature of each molded part is measured. The detected geometric features are corrected using a calibration function taking into account the measured temperatures.
