Imprint apparatus and article manufacturing method
An imprint apparatus includes a controller for controlling an imprint process and a supply device for supplying an imprint material. The supply device includes discharge devices to discharge an imprint material, and a discharge controller to control the discharge devices under the control of the controller. The discharge controller includes a buffer memory to temporarily store driving waveform data. Each of the discharge devices includes a discharge element and a driver for driving the discharge element based on the driving waveform data stored in the buffer memory. While a supply step of supplying an imprint material for a first shot region is performed, the controller transfers the driving waveform data for the supply step of a second shot region to a storage area of the buffer memory which is not used in the supply step of the first shot region.
INKJET PRINTHEAD ASSEMBLY HAVING PRINTHEAD CHIP CARRIERS RECEIVED IN SLOT
A printhead is provided having an elongate support having a plurality of internal webs protruding from a base section to define a plurality of parallel fluid supply channels, a shim supported by the support and defining a plurality of rows of openings through which fluid from respective supply channels is supplied, and a plurality of elongate printhead modules supported serially on the shim. Each module defines a plurality of fluid supply passages through which fluid passes to fluid ejection nozzles from respective rows of the openings. Either end of each module defines complementary formations such that adjacent modules nest together.

DEVICE HAVING AN ACTIVE CHANNEL REGION
In some examples, a transistor includes a drain, a channel, and a gate. The channel surrounds the drain and has a channel length to width ratio. The gate is over the channel to provide an active channel region that has an active channel region length to width ratio that is greater than the channel length to width ratio.
FLUID EJECTION APPARATUS WITH SINGLE POWER SUPPLY CONNECTOR
An example provides a fluid ejection apparatus including a fluid feed slot along a length of a print head die of the fluid ejection apparatus to supply a fluid to a plurality of drop ejectors, control circuitry adjacent to at least one side of the fluid feed slot to control ejection of drops of fluid from the plurality of drop ejectors, and a single power supply connector at an end of the print head die to supply power to the control circuitry.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PATTERN, MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING A PATTERN, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STRUCTURAL BODY AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS THEREFOR
A method of manufacturing a pattern includes providing a pattern of a first liquid on a medium, applying a powder material to the provided pattern, and providing a second liquid to the powder material applied to the first liquid.

PRINTHEAD CARTRIDGE MOLDED WITH NOZZLE HEALTH SENSOR
In some examples, a print cartridge includes a monolithic molding, and a printhead die embedded into a molding. The printhead die has a front surface exposed outside the molding to dispense fluid drops through nozzles and an opposing back surface covered by the molding except at a channel in the molding through which fluid is to pass directly to the back surface. The printhead die also has a nozzle health sensor molded into the molding to detect defective nozzles in the printhead die.
PIEZOELECTRIC PRINTHEAD ASSEMBLY
In some examples, a piezoelectric printhead assembly can include a plurality of piezoelectric micro-electro mechanical system (MEMS) dies, and application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) dies electrically connected to the piezoelectric MEMS dies.
Liquid Ejecting Head
A liquid ejecting head includes a pressure chamber substrate on which a plurality of spaces as pressure chambers are formed along a first direction; a nozzle substrate on which a plurality of nozzles which eject liquid are formed by corresponding to the pressure chamber; and a flow path substrate on which a plurality of communicating holes which communicate with the nozzle and the pressure chamber which corresponds to the nozzle are formed between the pressure chamber substrate and the nozzle substrate, in which both ends of each pressure chamber in a second direction are formed by being aligned at a predetermined position in the second direction, the nozzles which are adjacent in the first direction are formed so that positions thereof in the second direction are different, and the communicating holes which are adjacent in the first direction are formed so that positions in the second direction are different.
