An inflation valve for a tubeless tire may include a valve body defining a cavity having a proximal opening and a distal opening. A valve stem extends through the cavity and includes a plug at a proximal end of the valve stem. The proximal opening of the cavity is defined by a beveled surface, and an outer diameter of the beveled surface is larger than an inner diameter of the valve body. The valve is transitionable between: a) a closed position, where a resilient surface of the plug engages the beveled surface to seal the cavity, and b) an open position, where the resilient surface of the plug is spaced from the beveled surface to unseal the cavity.
TPMS inflation valve for commercial vehicle and TPMS sensor subassembly
A TPMS inflation valve for a commercial vehicle includes an inflation valve body, an inflation valve seat and a sensor subassembly. The inflation valve body and the inflation valve seat are components split apart from each other. The inflation valve is mounted on an automobile rim by means of the inflation valve seat, and the inflation valve body is provided with an installation portion for a valve core. The inflation valve body and the inflation valve seat are assembled and connected to form an airflow channel for communication. A cavity located outside the automobile rim and close to the automobile rim is formed at the position where the inflation valve body and the inflation valve seat are assembled and connected. The sensor subassembly is arranged in the cavity in communication with the airflow channel of the inflation valve or located on the airflow channel.

A valve stem sytem includes a valve stem that is fluidly coupled to a tire thereby facilitating the valve stem to selectively inflate and deflate the tire. A sensing unit is coupled to the valve stem and the sensing unit is visible on the valve stem. The sensing unit is in fluid communication with the valve stem to sense air pressure within the tire thereby facilitating the sensing unit to display the air pressure within the tire. A valve stem assembly includes a pressure sensing body and a valve core configured to threadedly engage the tire stem and regulate air flow from a tire. The pressure sensing body includes plunger that responds to pressure fluctuations in the tire and provides a continuous measurement of air pressure.

TIRE MONITORING APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHODS
In one aspect, a tire monitoring apparatus having a circuit board, battery, and valve body intermediate the circuit board and the battery. The valve body has an attachment end portion for connecting to a valve stem of a tire, a filling end portion, and an internal passageway to permit air to travel from the filling end portion to the attachment end portion. The circuit board has a sensor configured to detect a variable of air traveling in the internal passageway of the valve body and communication circuitry of the circuit board operable to wirelessly communicate data associated with the variable of the air. The tire monitoring apparatus further includes a support permanently encapsulating the circuit board and battery about the valve body. The support includes a structural member molded onto the valve body and an embedding member securing the circuit board and the battery to the structural member.

Pressure and temperature measuring system
The present invention relates generally to a tire pressure and temperature measuring system. More specifically, the system is comprised of an ergonomic and durable tire pressure and temperature gauge that does not require any external buttons, displays, or indicia, and that is capable of measuring the internal pressure and air temperature of a tire. The system is further comprised of an accompanying mobile application or computer-based software program that allows the collected pressure and/or temperature data to be wirelessly transmitted and formatted into a report that is accessible via a user interface on a remote device. The system is also capable of making recommendations to the user based on the collected pressure and/or temperature data.
CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SENSOR AND TIRE VALVE
The present invention provides a connection structure between a tire pressure monitoring sensor and a tire valve. The connection structure comprises a tire valve and a tire pressure monitoring sensor, wherein the tire valve comprises a valve stem and a rubber body disposed outside the valve stem, one end of the valve stem is provided with an external thread, and a bump is formed on the rubber body; and the tire pressure monitoring sensor comprises a housing, a boss with a threaded hole is formed on the housing, and the housing is formed with a recess on the side where the boss is situated. Among other things, the valve stem extends into the threaded hole of the boss, such that the threaded hole of the boss engages with the external thread of the valve stem, and the bump extends into the recess and is snap-fitted with the recess. The connection structure between a tire pressure monitoring sensor and a tire valve provided by the present invention ensures that the tire pressure monitoring sensor and the tire valve are firmly connected and work in a stable and reliable manner.

An apparatus for measuring the pressure of a two-wheeler tire comprises: an adapter component which comprises a joining mechanism to connect the apparatus to a valve of the two-wheeler tire; a valve opener to open the valve so that in a state connected to the valve pressurized air flows from the two-wheeler tire through the valve into the until the which can be connected to the adapter component; and a sensor component which can be connected to the adapter component. The sensor component comprises a pressure measurement device to measure the pressure in the apparatus and a transmitter to wirelessly transmit information corresponding to the measured pressure.
