Device and apparatus for the height adjustment of a road vehicle and relative road vehicle
A device for the height adjustment of a road vehicle interposed between a frame and a suspension of the road vehicle so as to allow the vehicle to shift from a road configuration to a race configuration and vice versa. The device comprises a base body provided with a first end, which can mechanically be connected to the frame of the road vehicle; a first mass, which can be connected to the base body so as to be movable along a sliding axis; a second mass, which is connected to the first mass so as to be movable along the sliding axis as well and is configured to be able to be connected to a suspension of the road vehicle and to change the stroke of the suspension depending on the position of the second movable mass.
UNIVERSAL MODULARIZED COIL SPRING BUFFER
A universal modular coil spring buffer having a plurality of modules arranged in a specific configuration adaptable to be inserted in the gap of a coil spring of a vehicle to prevent shocks. The plurality of modules includes a primary module and a plurality of secondary modules. The top surface and the bottom surface of the primary module includes an elongated groove configured to fix and hold the adjacent coils of the coil spring of the vehicle. The secondary module having a first module, a second module and a third module. The different configurations of the primary module and the plurality of secondary modules can be employed for different vehicles with different coil spring dimensions and based on the distance between the adjacent coils. The buffer lessens the compression to the coil spring thereby minimizing oil to leak caused from the shocks.

ACTIVE DAMPER UPPER MOUNT
The active damper upper mount includes an inner member (11, 111) to which an upper end portion of a rod (22, 122) of an active damper (21, 121) is fixed, an intermediate member (12, 112) that surrounds the inner member in a circumferential direction around a rod axis (O1, O2), an outer member (13, 113) that surrounds the intermediate member in the circumferential direction and is attached to a vehicle body side, a first elastic body (14, 114) that is disposed between the inner member and the intermediate member and supports the inner member and the intermediate member so as to be elastically displaceable relative to each other, and a second elastic body (15, 115) that is disposed between the intermediate member and the outer member and supports the intermediate member and the outer member so as to be elastically displaceable relative to each other.
Elastomer spring for vehicle
An elastomer spring (10) for a vehicle (12) includes a cylindrical body (28) adapted to be disposed within a coil spring (20) of the vehicle (12) and extend axially between a first component (16) and a second component (18) of the vehicle (12), the second component (18) being spaced from and moveable toward the first component (16) along an axis of the coil spring (20). The body (28) has a height greater than a width thereof and a plurality of apertures (38) spaced about the body (28), wherein the apertures (38) are configured to allow the coil spring (20) to compress axially for absorbing energy as one of the first component (16) and the second component (18) move along the axis.

SPRING SUPPORT CONFIGURED TO RECEIVE A COIL SPRING OF A MOTOR-VEHICLE SPRING SYSTEM, MOTOR-VEHICLE SPRING SYSTEM, AND USE OF A SPRING SUPPORT
The invention relates to a spring support (1, 1, 1) configured to receive a coil spring (50) of a motor-vehicle spring system (100), where the coil spring (50) has a length in the direction of a longitudinal axis (L) that is variable between a state of minimal compression and a state of maximal compression, and said coil spring comprises a terminal coil section (51) that rests on an annular surface of the spring support (1, 1). An elastically deformable projecting element (18) is arranged between the annular surface of the spring support and the coil spring, and is configured to maintain contact with the terminal coil section (51) of the coil spring (50) during both maximal and minimal compression of the coil spring (50).
UTILITY VEHICLE
In an utility vehicle equipped with a cover displaceably attached to a chassis through a suspension mechanism, each suspension mechanism includes a shaft installed between the chassis and cover, a guide member having a plate member provided on lower half of the shaft and multiple plates (first plate and second plate) installed above and below the plate member to be contactable with the plate member and respectively formed at their centers with the through holes for passage of the shaft, a compression spring of roughly frustoconical shape for biasing the cover toward the chassis whose upper seating edge is attached to upper half of the shaft and lower seating edge is attached to periphery of the through hole of the cover, and an elastic member of roughly frustoconical shape formed at its center with a through hole to pass the shaft therethrough, wherein the cover is configured to be formed in roughly frustoconical shape similar to the elastic member.
Suspension tuning device and kit
A suspension tuning ring formed as a hollow a cylinder having an outer surface and an inner surface defining a wall, a top, a bottom, and a slit through the wall. The outer surface has an outer diameter that is larger than the outer diameter of a coil spring and the inner surface has an inner diameter that is less than the diameter of a coil spring. The top and bottom of the ring each include a top and bottom retaining groove that are spaced apart, shaped and dimensioned to accommodate each coil. At least one of the top and bottom retaining grooves are dimensioned, or include separate retaining structures, to retain the coils within the retaining grooves. The ring assembled by parting it along the slit and fitted between adjacent coils of a coil spring of a suspension system such that the coils are retained within the top and bottom retaining grooves.
