PRODUCTION METHOD FOR STABILIZERS

The invention provides a production method for stabilizers which produces with high productivity in a compact production line, without tempering. The production method for stabilizers of the invention includes: forming a steel bar material containing at least C: 0.15 wt % to 0.39 wt %, Mn, B and Fe into a product shape by bending; and quenching the bent steel bar material in a medium having a heat transfer coefficient higher than or close to that of water.

STABILIZER CONTROL DEVICE

Left and right stabilizer bars are provided between left and right wheels of a vehicle. A control unit controls an actuator to control a rotation angle of the right stabilizer bar with respect to the left stabilizer bar. The control unit determines whether the vehicle is moving, whether a vehicle speed is less than a first threshold value, and whether a vehicle state is in transition from a moving state to a stopped state. A detection unit detects a control amount of the actuator. When the vehicle is moving, the vehicle speed is less than the first threshold value, the vehicle state is in transition from the moving state to the stopped state, and the control amount of the actuator is greater than zero, the control unit decreases the control amount of the actuator such that the control amount of the actuator becomes zero before the vehicle speed becomes zero.

Bush for stabilizer

A bush for a stabilizer is configured so that surface pressure at an adhered surface of a hole of the bush is uniform in adhering the bush to a bar of the stabilizer, whereby necessary adhesive strength is obtained. A bush has a body part that includes a rectangular part with a rectangular shape and a curving part having a curved shape at an outer circumferential part thereof. The body part has a side surface part on which a protruding part is formed so as to protrude outwardly. When contained in a U-shaped part of a bracket shown in FIG. 3B, the rectangular part is arranged at a straight line part of the U-shaped part, the curving part is arranged at a circular arc part of the U-shaped part, and the protruding part is pressed toward the body part by an inner surface of the U-shaped part.

FRAME AND FRONT SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY FOR A SNOWMOBILE

A snowmobile has a frame having a motor module, a tunnel connected to the motor module, a suspension module connected to the motor module, a motor, a handlebar, a ski operatively connected to the handlebar and a front suspension assembly operatively connecting the ski to the suspension module and to the motor module. The front suspension assembly has a suspension arm having a proximal end positioned longitudinally between the motor module and the suspension module. The proximal end pivots about a pivot axis extending through an interior portion of the suspension module. A proximal fastener passes through the proximal end of the suspension arm and extends from the interior portion of the suspension module to the motor module. The proximal fastener thereby pivotally connects the suspension arm to the suspension module and to the motor module about the pivot axis.

MULTI-LINK INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION FOR VEHICLE, AND VEHICLE
20230173860 · 2023-06-08 ·

The disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicles, and particularly provides a multi-link independent suspension for a vehicle that includes a subframe and a steering knuckle. In order to solve the problem of reduced adjustment efficiency caused by mutual restraining of linkages of an existing multi-link independent suspension when a camber angle is adjusted, the multi-link independent suspension includes a spring control arm that is configured to adjust a camber angle of a wheel center. The multi-link independent suspension also includes a front upper control arm and a rear upper control arm. A central axis of the front upper control arm intersects with a central axis of the rear upper control arm at a Q point, and the Q point has the same coordinate as the wheel center in an X direction; and a motion centerline between the front upper control arm and the rear upper control arm coincides with a projection of a central axis of the spring control arm on an XY plane, so that a movement of the spring control arm has no effect on an upper control arm system when the camber angle is being adjusted. The steering knuckle only rotates about an X axis so as to drive a tire to rotate about the X axis, so that a camber angle of the tire can be adjusted without changing a toe-in angle, thereby reducing the number of affected linkages and simplifying the adjustment in the camber angle of the tire.

MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

A manufacturing method includes: conveying a target to a processing unit by using a conveying arm; conveying the target to a correction information acquiring unit provided in a position different from a position of the processing unit; acquiring position information relating to a position of the target conveyed to the correction information acquiring unit in a three-dimensional space; correcting a conveying position of the conveying arm to the processing unit based on the position information; and executing processing for the target conveyed to the corrected conveying position to manufacture a product.
