Method of manufacturing rubber-bush-provided stabilizer bar and rubber-bush-provided stabilizer bar
A method includes a coating step of coating a vulcanizing adhesive at a surface of a vulcanized centrum of a rubber bush; a heating step of heating a portion to be adhered of a stabilizer bar; a fitting step of fitting the centrum of the rubber bush at which the vulcanizing adhesive is coated on the heated portion to be adhered of the stabilizer bar; and an adhering step of clamping the rubber bush in a radial direction by a clamping device to adhere the rubber bush on the portion to be adhered of the stabilizer bar.
VEHICLE STABILIZER DEVICE
A stabilizer device includes a stabilizer extending in a width direction of a vehicle, and a bush unit. The bush unit includes a bracket formed of metal, and a rubber bush. The rubber bush is formed of a plurality of bush pieces, and is fixed to the stabilizer by an adhesion layer. The adhesion layer is constituted of an adhesion member including an adhesive applied to inner surfaces of the bush pieces. A bonding display portion formed of a part of the adhesion member is provided at a corner on an end face of the bush piece.
Bush for stabilizer, fastening tool, and fastening method
Bonding the bush to the stabilizer bar, by surface pressure in the bonding surface (inner circumferential surface) of the hole-part of the bush being made uniform, bonding strength is obtained. The first arc part is formed at the opposite side of the opening of the U-shaped part of the bracket in the bonding and second arc part is formed in the opening side, in the hole-part of the bush. The first and second arc parts are circular arc parts being formed in circular arc shape or approximately circular arc shape or are ellipse arc part being formed in the ellipse arc shape or approximately ellipse arc shape. In the hole-part, the center of the first and second arc parts are separated. The curvature radius of the second arc part gets smaller than the curvature radius of the first arc part. The hole-part is formed in an oval shape.
Shock absorber
A shock absorber provided with a suspension spring, the shock absorber includes a tube whose lower end portion is joined to a vehicle axle side portion provided with a tire, and a lower spring bearing that is provided on an outer circumference of the tube and supports a lower end of the suspension spring. An increased diameter part is provided on the outer circumference of the tube above the lower spring bearing, the increased diameter part having an outer diameter larger than an outer diameter of the tube.
BONDING METHOD
A bonding method bonds a buffer member to an adherend member, and includes: an adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to a part of the buffer member, the part being bonded to the adherend member; a first heating step of heating a part of the adherend member, the part being bonded to the buffer member; a second heating step of heating the part of the adherend member after the first heating step; and an attachment step of attaching the buffer member to the adherend member after the second heating step.
STABILIZER BUSH
A bush main body having a circumferential part divided by a first virtual plane includes a first portion that is extended over a predetermined circumferential distance from the first virtual plane, a second portion that is disposed opposite the first portion with the first virtual plane sandwiched in between and is extended over a predetermined circumferential distance from the first virtual plane, and a third portion that is a portion other than the first and second portions. The inside diameter of the inner peripheral surface in a second virtual plane that includes an axial center and is perpendicular to the first virtual plane is set to be greater than the inside diameter of the inner peripheral surface in the first virtual plane while the first portion is in contact with the second portion in a no-load state before bonding to the stabilizer bar.
STABILIZER BUSH
A stabilizer bush includes a bush main body, an annular lip, and an adhesive layer. The bush main body has a first inner peripheral surface and is formed of a cylindrical rubber elastic body. The first inner peripheral surface is to be attached to a stabilizer bar. The annular lip has a second inner peripheral surface contiguous to the first inner peripheral surface, is formed integrally with the bush main body, and is axially projected from the side toward the axial center of the axial end of the bush main body. The adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive that is applied to the first inner peripheral surface and to the second inner peripheral surface.
Multi-point link for an undercarriage of a vehicle
The invention is directed to a multipoint link (1) for an undercarriage of a vehicle, comprising a core element (5) formed from a foamed material and at least one roving (10) of bundled continuous filaments wound around the core element (5), wherein the at least one roving (10) winding around the core element (5) in at least one layer forms an outer layer of the multipoint link (5), wherein the core element (5) is constructed as a hollow body which comprises at least two shell elements (11, 12).
