PREPARATION PROCESS OF GREEN TEA FROM YERBA MATE AND THE RESPECTIVE RESULTING PRODUCT
The present abstract for an invention describes the steps preparation process of green tea and the respective resulting product, wherein, in the initial step of the proposed process the young yerba mate leaves (buds) are undergone to steam at between 90 and 100 for a certain time, the moisture is removed from the steam step, and after passing through the steam (steaming) and twisting, the leaves are cooled (cooling), rolled (1.sup.st rolling), first drying (1.sup.st drying), second rolling(2.sup.nd rolling), second drying (2.sup.nd drying) and separation (segregation).
METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS FOR HEALTHY TONICS AND TEAS
A frozen tea or tonic precursor composition including a mixture including at least two frozen ingredients selected from the group consisting of tea leaves, roots, herbs, fruit, flowers, vegetables, and combinations thereof, wherein each ingredient is not dried and is at least one of whole, unrefined, and unprocessed, the composition further characterized by an absence of added sugar, artificial ingredients, and artificial preservatives. The mixture defines a solid three-dimensional shape having an external surface area-to-volume ratio of at least 2/cm. A method of preparing the mixture is disclosed. A single-service container may include only one or more of the solid three-dimensional shapes.

Tea brewer
Brewing apparatus and methods have a body, a movable member in the body, concentric relatively sliding tubes or a tube and a rod. A first tube or rod is attached to the body. A second tube or rod is attached to the movable member. A substance is placed in the body. The body is lifted and lowered into a brewing vessel using the first tube. After brewing, the second tube lowers the movable member to compress the substance. The first member lifts the body and places it on a caddy stand. Cooperating projections, depressions, detents and receivers align and snap the body on the caddy stand with the body and tubes held vertically.

PROCESSED PRODUCTS OF TEA WITH QUICK DISPERSIBILITY IN WATER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PROCESSED PRODUCTS OF TEA
The present disclosure discloses a particulate processed product of tea with quick dispersibility in water and a method for manufacturing a particulate processed product of tea. The processed product of tea comprises 20% by weight or less of fine powders having a particle diameter of 75 m or less based on the total weight of the tea particles. The manufacturing method comprises the step of manufacturing tea particles using a fluid-bed rotor granulator comprising a rotor disc. The processed product of tea has quick wettability and dispersibility in water and thus is easy to drink. Also, the processed product of tea has a low angle of repose and thus has excellent flowability, so that it is easy to pack and use.
