An air conditioning unit includes an air conditioning case, a connector that is attached to an end of a first pipe connected to a first heat exchanger, a second pipe connected to a second heat exchanger, and a gasket being a sheet in shape. The gasket includes a first opening and a second opening. The gasket is adhered to a contact surface of the air conditioning case with the connector inserted into the first opening and with the second pipe inserted into the second opening. The periphery of the second opening in the gasket is compressed by the second pipe. The gasket includes a surface including an adhesive area that includes at least a periphery of the first opening and an adhesive-less area that includes at least a periphery of the second opening. The adhesive is applied to the adhesive area and is not applied to the adhesive-less area.

Blower unit of air conditioner for vehicle

A blower unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle which allows one actuator to drive two doors in a structure in which at least two doors are provided in an intake duct is disclosed. The blower unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle includes an intake duct including an internal air inlet through which internal air is introduced and an external air inlet through which external air is introduced, a first door configured to adjust an opening amount of a part of the external air inlet and an opening amount of the internal air inlet, and a second door configured to adjust an opening amount of the remaining part of the external air inlet, wherein the first door and the second door are linked and driven together.

System for controlling movements of doors of a heating ventilation and air-conditioning module

A system for controlling movements of doors of an HVAC module includes an actuation gear and an intermediate cam. A main door includes a first portion and a second portion having a first guide. The first portion engages with actuation gear to enable linear movement of the main door. A slave door includes a second engagement element and moves between a blocking and unblocking position based on movement of main door. The intermediate cam moves angularly and includes a first engagement element and a second guide. The first engagement element interacts with the first guide, and the second guide interacts with second engagement element to facilitate angular movement of slave door in response to movement of the main door. The first guide includes a bend positioned to enable angular movement of the slave door after the main door moves a pre-determined distance.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AN AIRFLOW SUPPLIED TO A CABIN OF A WORK VEHICLE

A system for controlling an airflow supplied to a cabin of a work vehicle may include a housing defining a mixing chamber and a recirculating chamber isolated from the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber is configured to receive fresh air via a fresh air inlet and recirculated air via a first recirculated air inlet, with the fresh air being mixed with the recirculated air within the mixing chamber to create a fresh/recirculated air mixture that is supplied through a mixed air outlet. The recirculating chamber is configured to receive recirculated air via a second recirculated air inlet and supply the recirculated air through a recirculated air outlet. Additionally, the system may include a gate movable relative to the first recirculated air inlet to adjust an amount of recirculated air supplied to the mixing chamber, and an actuator configured to actuate the gate relative to the first recirculated air inlet.

AIR DISCHARGE DEVICE

The air discharge device includes a duct defining: a main flow path through which an air flow passes; and a main hole opened in a flat shape to discharge the air flow as a working air flow toward a downstream from the main flow path. A throttle portion is provided in the duct to reduce a flow path height of the main flow path from an upstream of the air flow toward a downstream of the air flow. A plurality of partitions are arranged to divide the main flow path in a major direction into a pair of side flow paths and at least one center flow path. The plurality of partitions are disposed in the duct such that a flow path width of the center flow path is reduced from the upstream of the air flow toward the downstream of the air flow.

A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) airflow distribution module including a passenger side face outlet and a passenger center face outlet both defined by the module. A passenger face door sub assembly within the module includes a passenger side face door (outer portion) at the passenger side face outlet and movable to control airflow through the passenger side face outlet. A passenger center face door (inner portion) is at the passenger center face outlet and is movable to control airflow through the passenger center face outlet. The passenger side face door and the passenger center face door are movable independent of one another to independently control airflow through the passenger side face outlet and the passenger center face outlet.

AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE AND SYSTEM HAVING AN INTEGRATED HEAT EXCHANGER

The present disclosure provides an air-conditioning device and an air-conditioning system of an integrated heat exchanger, wherein an integrated heat exchanger for generating heating air or cooling air is used to generate air-conditioning air by utilizing cooling water, thereby securing cooling/heating efficiency. A decreased number of doors are used to adjust the temperature of air-conditioning air with regard to each mode, thus reducing the entire package. In addition, front and rear indoor spaces can be temperature-controlled individually, and comfort can be provided for each passenger seat.
