20210323374 · 2021-10-21 ·

A vehicle air conditioning system is provided and includes a heating duct through which internal air and external air are introduced and a cooling duct through which internal air and external air are introduced. A condenser is disposed in the heating duct and an evaporator is disposed in the cooling duct and is connected to the condenser. A phase change material (PCM) stores thermal energy of the internal air passing through the heating and cooling ducts. An internal/external air door controls the mixing of the internal/external air introduced into the heating and cooling ducts, and a PMC door controls the external air introduced through the heating and cooling ducts whether to pass through the PCM.

Blower device

A blower device includes a passage-forming section that forms a passage through which air flows inside. A partition section is provided within the passage-forming section. The partition section divides at least a part of the passage into a first passage and a second passage. The partition section has a hole. The hole passes through the partition section and provides a constant communication between the first passage and the second passage.

In a cross section of a flow passage formed to conduct a flow of air from an inside/outside air box to an upper air passage of a scroll casing while the cross section of the flow passage is taken along an imaginary plane which includes an outer edge of an air guide plate and is parallel to a rotational axis of an impeller, a passage section, which is located on one radial side of a separation tube where a nose of the scroll casing is placed, is defined as a first opening section, and another passage section, which is located on an opposite radial side of the separation tube, which is opposite to the nose, is defined as a second opening section. A passage cross-sectional area of the second opening section is larger than a passage cross-sectional area of the first opening section.

VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER

Disclosed is a vehicle air conditioning device, which is an air conditioning device using an integrated heat pump system, and in which left and right independent air conditionings can be implemented in a simple structure such that the left and right air volumes may be automatically controlled, the ability to mix hot and cold air is improved, and sufficient space can be secured inside a vehicle.

Air conditioner for vehicle

An air conditioner for a vehicle which can reduce ventilation resistance and secure a sufficient cross-sectional area of an air outlet to prevent deterioration in air volume. The air conditioner includes: an air-conditioning case having an air passageway formed therein and a plurality of air outlets formed at an exit thereof, and at least one heat exchanger disposed in the air passageway of the air-conditioning case to exchange heat with air passing through the air passageway, wherein the air outlet includes a center vent for discharging air-conditioned wind toward the center of a vehicle width and a side vent for discharging the air-conditioned wind toward the side of the vehicle width, and one between the center vent and the side vent is arranged in an upper side of the air-conditioning case, and the other is arranged in one side of the air-conditioning case in a back-and-forth direction of the vehicle.

Multi-zone HVAC module

An HVAC module for an automotive vehicle includes a housing defining an air inlet, an upper front zone outlet, a lower front zone outlet, and a rear zone air outlet. An evaporator and a heater downstream of the evaporator are disposed in the housing. The air inlet of the housing is divided by a first divider into an OSA portion exclusively receiving outside air and a REC portion exclusively receiving recycled air. Each of the evaporator and the heater has a respective OSA portion receiving the outside air and a REC portion receiving the recycled air entering the HVAC module through the inlet. A second divider between the evaporator and the heater directs the outside air from the REC portion of the evaporator to the REC portion of the heater. Two temperature doors control access of separate partial streams of the recycled air from the evaporator to the heater.

An air conditioner for a vehicle includes an air conditioning case and a case interior member in the air conditioning case. The case interior member includes a tunnel member and a tunnel exterior guide wall. The tunnel member defines a tunnel channel therein and is arranged in a downstream space defined in an air conditioning case. The tunnel exterior guide wall is configured to guide an air to flow from a warm air passage to an outside of the tunnel channel. A first direction along which the tunnel exterior guide wall extends is closer to a direction, which is opposite to the one direction along which the air flowing from a cool air passage into the downstream space, as compared to a second direction along which the tunnel guide wall extends.
