Vehicle Air Conditioning Device
There is provided a vehicle air conditioning device of a heat pump system which improves comfortability when changing to heating only by an auxiliary heating device. The device includes a heating medium circulating circuit 23 to heat air to be supplied from an air flow passage 3 to a vehicle interior, and when shifting to the heating of the vehicle interior only by the heating medium circulating circuit 23 in a heating mode, a controller executes a shifting control to increase a heating capability of the heating medium circulating circuit 23 prior to stopping a compressor 2 and decrease a heating capability of a radiator 4 in accordance with the increase of the heating capability of the heating medium circulating circuit 23.
Heat pump system
A heat pump system includes a heat pump cycle, a heat medium circulation circuit, and a refrigeration cycle device. The refrigeration cycle device is configured to perform a defrosting operation when a frost formation determiner determines that frost is formed. A throttle opening degree controller is configured to increase an opening degree in the defrosting operation. A pumping capacity controller is configured to increase a pumping capacity in the defrosting operation with increase of a required heating capacity required for heating a heating target fluid, the pumping capacity controller increasing the pumping capacity such that heat of refrigerant discharged from a compressor is transferred to heat medium in a first heat exchanger within a range in which a temperature of the refrigerant flowing into an outside heat exchanger is capable of melting the frost formed on the outside heat exchanger.
HEAT PUMP SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a heat pump system for an electric vehicle including an outdoor fan configured to blow air to an outdoor heat exchanger, a coolant temperature sensor installed at a coolant line and configured to detect a temperature of a coolant circulating in a power train module or a battery, an outdoor heat exchange sensor installed on one side of the outdoor heat exchanger and configured to detect an outdoor heat exchanger outlet pressure defined as a pressure of a refrigerant passing through the outdoor heat exchanger, and a compressor inlet sensor installed on an intake side of a compressor and configured to detect a compressor inlet temperature defined as a temperature of the refrigerant flowing into the compressor. Whether frost sticking occurs may be determined based on information detected by the coolant temperature sensor, the outdoor heat exchange sensor, and the compressor inlet sensor.
Vehicle air conditioning device
The vehicle air conditioning device includes a compressor, a radiator, an outdoor heat exchanger, and an air conditioning controller, and a cabin is, air conditioned with power supplied from a battery. The air conditioning controller can perform air conditioning operation that causes a refrigerant from the compressor to radiate heat in the radiator, decompresses the refrigerant, causes the refrigerant to absorb heat in the outdoor heat exchanger so as to heat the cabin, and defrosting operation that causes the refrigerant from the compressor to radiate heat in the outdoor heat exchanger so as to defrost the outdoor heat exchanger, and determines whether it is possible to perform the defrosting operation on the basis of outside humidity.
MULTI-COMPARTMENT TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
A multi-compartment transport refrigeration system includes a cooling circuit and a hot gas flow path. The hot gas flow path includes an inlet located on the cooling circuit between the compressor and the heat rejection heat exchanger valve; a first outlet located between the first evaporator expansion device and the first evaporator inlet; a second outlet located between the second evaporator expansion device and the second evaporator inlet; a proportional valve downstream of the hot gas flow path inlet; a first evaporator valve located between the proportional valve and the first outlet; and a second evaporator valve located between the proportional valve and the second outlet.
DE-ICING CONTROL IN A VEHICLE HEAT PUMP SYSTEM
Methods and systems are provided for operating a dual loop heat pump system in a de-icing mode which enables the heat pump system to maintain a target rate of heat delivery to a cabin while de-icing an outside heat exchanger by leveraging waste-heat available at one or more waste-heat sources. In one example, responsive to an outside heat exchanger de-icing request and a cabin heating request, selecting a first waste-heat heat exchanger based on a temperature of the first waste-heat heat exchanger exceeding a first temperature threshold, flowing coolant to the first waste-heat heat exchanger, flowing a first portion of the coolant exiting the first waste-heat heat exchanger to a cabin heat exchanger, and flowing a second portion of the coolant exiting the first waste-heat heat exchanger to an outside heat exchanger.
HEAT PUMP SECONDARY COOLANT LOOP HEAT EXCHANGER DEFROST SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A cooling and heating system for a motor vehicle comprises a heat pump, a controller, a low temperature radiator in thermal communication with the heat pump, a passenger cabin heat exchanger in thermal communication with the heat pump, and a defrost system comprising a bypass coolant loop in selective fluid communication with the low temperature radiator. When in the heating mode, the controller opens a solenoid valve and activates a coolant heater in the bypass coolant loop upon detecting operation of the heat pump outside of a predetermined normal operating range and upon detecting an ambient temperature below a predetermined temperature. The controller de-activates the coolant heater upon detecting operation of the heat pump within the predetermined normal operating range. The controller may also de-activate close the solenoid upon detecting operation of the heat pump within the predetermined normal operating range.

An air-conditioning device includes: a compressor; an outdoor heat exchanger; an evaporating unit configured to evaporate refrigerant a heater unit configured to heat the air by using the heat of the refrigerant a liquid receiver arranged at the downstream side of the outdoor heat exchanger and a restrictor mechanism provided between the heater unit and the outdoor heat exchanger, wherein, in an operation state in which the flow of the refrigerant is restricted by the restrictor mechanism and heat is released in the heater unit, a first operation mode and a second operation mode are switched, the first operation mode being set such that the liquid-phase refrigerant is stored in the liquid receiver and the gaseous-phase refrigerant is guided to the compressor and the second operation mode being set such that the liquid-phase refrigerant stored in the liquid receiver is guided to the evaporating unit.

A heat pump system for a vehicle may include a battery cooling line that is connected with a battery module and in which coolant moves; a chiller that is connected with the battery cooling line through a first connection line to adjust a temperature of coolant by selectively exchanging a heat of a refrigerant and coolant injected therein and that is connected with a refrigerant line of an air-conditioner device through a second connection line; an electric unit device cooler including a radiator and a first water pump that are connected through a cooling line to circulate coolant for cooling a motor and an electronic unit and that is selectively connectable with the battery cooling line and the first connection line through a first valve; and a bypass line selectively connecting the second connection line and the refrigerant line through a second valve provided in the refrigerant line.

There is disclosed a vehicle air conditioner of a heat pump system in which there is prevented or inhibited frosting to an outdoor heat exchanger when heating in a vehicle interior is beforehand performed during plug-in, thereby achieving comfortable heating in the vehicle interior during running and also extending a running distance. The vehicle air conditioner includes an injection circuit 40 which distributes a refrigerant flowing out from a radiator 4 to return the refrigerant to the middle of compression by a compressor 2, a controller has frosting estimation means for estimating the frosting to an outdoor heat exchanger 7, and when a heating mode is executed in a state where a power is supplied from an external power source to the compressor 2 or to a battery which supplies the power to drive the compressor 2, the injection circuit 40 performs gas injection to the compressor 2 in a case where the frosting to the outdoor heat exchanger 7 is predicted.
