SUN VISOR MOUNTING APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD
The present disclosure is a sun visor mounting apparatus, system or method having a mounting plate with a J hooked end configured to receive a sun visor, a securing plate opposing the J hooked end, configured in a U shape for receiving the sun visor. A joining plate configured in a V shape with a first side capable of coupling to the mounting plate, and a second side capable of coupling to an extension plate, and the extension plate can have a first side of a coupled to the joining plate, and a second side configured to engage against a fixed structure. One or more fasteners may be utilized with each plate to secure them together. To accommodate different sizes and configurations, the joining plate and extension plate may be extending to satisfactory positions, to engage with a fixed structure for the stability of the mounting plate.
Vehicle sun visor
A vehicle sun visor which attains desired operation performance is provided. The vehicle sun visor includes a sun visor body having a hollow structure formed of a pair of core members opposed to each other; a shaft configured to support the sun visor body on the vehicle body; and a support member mounted on the shaft so as to be rotatable about the axis of the shaft while being restricted in shifting in the axial direction of the shaft. In this case, the support member and part of the shaft are housed inside the sun visor body. One core member includes a pair of guide parts configured to hold the support member from both sides, to guide shifting of the support member in the axial direction of the shaft.
Sun visor connector
A sun visor connector includes: a bracket attached to an attachment member; an arm portion rotatably supporting a sun visor main body and having an end inserted through the bracket to be rotatably arranged; a housing fixed to the bracket and arranged in a vicinity of the end of the arm portion inserted through the bracket; a connector terminal accommodated in the housing and connected to a counterpart terminal; an arm connection part provided in an elastically deformable manner on the connector terminal and connected to the end of the arm portion by a biasing force; an engaging portion including a projecting portion provided in the housing and a recessed portion provided in the bracket and engaged with the projecting portion; and a first restricting portion provided in the projecting portion and pressed against and abuts on the recessed portion in a deformation direction of the arm connection part.
