Control unit
A control unit for an apparatus, the control unit comprising: a component-carrying member provided with at least one electronic component configured to provide a function of the apparatus; wherein the component-carrying member is formed of a material that is pliable at least during assembly of the control unit; and a laminate encapsulation layer encapsulating at least a part of the or each electronic component. Optionally, the control unit comprises a second member which defines a user-interaction surface.
VEHICLE SUN VISOR
A mirror unit includes a frame provided separately from or integrally with the one half body, a mirror and slide cover attached to the frame, a slide mechanism that allows slide cover to slide between an open position at which a mirror surface of the mirror is exposed and a closed position at which the slide covers the mirror surface of mirror, relative to the frame, and a position holding mechanism capable of holding slide cover via the slide mechanism at the closed and open position. W1, a distance between pair of resin springs in a natural state>W3, a distance between pair of main guide rails 41>W5, respective distances between the protrusion portions facing each other at the pair of main guide rails, and W3, the distance between pair of main guide rails 41>W4, a distance between the pair of auxiliary guide rails.
Sliding Visor
A sliding sun visor for use in a vehicle is disclosed. The sun visor includes a first and second visor body shell. The visor also comprises a pivot rod and a carrier slidingly arranged over the pivot rod. The first shell of the visor body includes a monorail arranged on an inside surface thereof. The carrier is slidingly engaged with the first shell wherein the carrier is arranged within or on the monorail. The carrier contacts a top portion of the monorail and a bottom portion of the monorail. The carrier is hence slidingly secured to the monorail and only connected to one of the shells used to engage to form a visor body. The visor bodies are secured via a press fit between a first boss arranged on a first shell and a second boss arranged on the second shell thus creating a secure connection that does not need screws to secure the visor halves to one another.
THIN VISOR
A thin visor for a vehicle comprising a pivot rod and a first and second shell being engageable to form a visor body. The visor also comprises a vanity secured to the visor body. The visor comprises a carrier positioned in the visor body and engaged with the pivot rod. The visor also comprises a first electrical contact arranged on an end of the pivot rod and a second electrical contact arranged on a surface of the carrier. The visor further comprises a third electrical contact arranged on a surface of the carrier. The thin visor generally has a width of approximately seventeen to eighteen millimeters and allows for a sleek small profile ergonomically designed visor to be arranged within a vehicle.
SLIDING THIN VISOR
A sliding thin visor for a vehicle comprising a pivot rod and a first and second shell being engagable to form a visor body. The visor comprises a rail extending from a surface of the first shell and a carrier slidably positioned in the visor body, wherein that carrier is engaged with the rail. The visor also may comprise a detent assembly having a generally mailbox shape attached to the carrier. The thin visor generally has a width of approximately seventeen to eighteen millimeters and allows for a clean small profile ergonomically designed visor to be arranged within a vehicle.
MIRROR UNIT
A mirror unit mounted on a sun visor main body of a vehicle sun visor includes a slide mechanism configured by a pair of guide rails that guides both edges of a slide lid. Ends of the pair of guide rails have curved surfaces that allow the slide lid to be obliquely inserted into the pair of guide rails in such a manner that the knob of the slide lid runs over the frame when the slide lid is attached to the pair of guide rails of the frame such that both edges of the slide lid are respectively guided.
Visor
A visor for use in a vehicle is disclosed. The visor comprises a pivot rod and a carrier arranged over the pivot rod. The visor also comprises a first and second shell being engagable to form a visor body and a vanity arranged therein. The visor also comprises a light base secured to the second shell and a circuit board engaging the light base. The visor also comprises a light emitting diode secured to a surface of the circuit board.
Sun visor for a vehicle
The present invention relates to a sun visor (1) for a vehicle (100). The sun visor comprises a light source (6, 7) for providing illumination within the vehicle, and a printed electronic circuit (4) located within the sun visor for controlling operation of the light source. The sun visor may include a light dispersion device (10) for dispersing light emitted by the light source, which may include a body portion (11) extending over the printed electronic circuit and a light emission portion (12) extending around the body portion and arranged to transmit light from the light source to the outside of the sun visor.
Method for operating a motor vehicle and motor vehicle
A method for operating a motor vehicle, in which a control device of the motor vehicle receives a control input conducted by a vehicle occupant. By means of a sensor device of the motor vehicle, it is checked whether at least one predetermined criterion is met. When the at least one predetermined criterion is met and when the control input is received, the control device brings about a movement of at least one sun visor of the motor vehicle from a stowed position into a functional position, in which the at least one sun visor is flipped down. Furthermore, the invention relates to a motor vehicle.
Sliding visor
