Lifting guide mechanism for sunroof device
10752098 · 2020-08-25 · ·

A lifting guide mechanism for a sunroof device that can be reduced in weight, thickness, and cost is provided. A second rear guide pin (27) is provided behind and above a first rear guide pin (26) which can be received in a guide groove (34). A first upper wall (32) is formed with a rear opening part (36) to allow the first rear guide pin (26) to get in and out of the guide groove (34). A first rear lifting guide member (39) is provided on the first upper wall (32) so as to project upward at rear of the rear opening part (36) to guide the second rear guide pin (27) when a movement of a movable panel (11) is switched between sliding and tilting. This eliminates the need for a member for guiding the first rear guide pin (26) in the guide groove (34), and thus, the panel guide rail (14) may have a single-level structure.

GLAZED PANEL WITH A POLYMER PERIPHERY, REINFORCEMENT ARMATURES AND SECURING ARMATURES
20200254858 · 2020-08-13 ·

A glazed panel includes a glass panel, two longitudinal reinforcement armatures in order to reinforce the glass panel against deformations by flexure, and two longitudinal securing armatures in order to secure the glazed panel in an outer structure provided for this purpose. The armatures can be overmolded in a polymer material which is arranged on the periphery of the glass panel. The two reinforcement armatures and the two securing armatures are joined in pairs by their longitudinal ends in order to form a frame by means of an assembly by nesting, optionally using an intermediate part. This measure makes it possible to reduce the concentrations of stresses in the corners of the glass panel, and simplifies the molding operation during the production of the glazed panel.

An openable vehicle roof having a lid element, having displacement kinematics on both sides relative to a vertical longitudinal center plane of the roof, the lid element displacable between a closed position and opening position at least partially opening the roof opening by displacement kinematics. The displacement kinematics each have a first kinematic element and a second kinematic element connected to a coupling rod, which can be detachably coupled to the first kinematic element via a coupling member and be displaced between a coupling position and a decoupling position, in which the coupling member is accommodated by a locking recess of the guide rail. The coupling member is held in its decoupling position by a resilient securing element in the locking recess of the guide rail, said securing element being able to be displaced between a securing position and a releasing position by a positioning element of the displacement kinematics.
