11619836 · 2023-04-04 · ·

A drive circuit for driving an electro-optical device like an optically switchable glazing, e.g. a glass panel provided with a PDLC or SPD layer, comprises a set of input terminals for receiving an alternating input voltage at a first frequency; a set of output terminals for supplying an alternating output voltage at a second frequency; a control circuit generating a control signal dependent on an input signal, the input signal representing a charge state of the electro-optical device; and a current-direction circuit for controlling a current-flow direction of an electrical current in response to the control signal. The control circuit and the current-direction circuit are thereby configured to control the second frequency such that the electro-optical device is prevented from degradation, while keeping an energy consumption low.

A sunroof feed structure includes: a rail fixed to a vehicle body of a vehicle; a slider movable along the rail in a front and rear direction of the vehicle; a sunroof supported by the slider, movable inside a ceiling panel of the vehicle body as a movement path, and capable of opening and closing an opening of the ceiling panel; an electric wire for power feeding between the vehicle body and the sunroof, the electric wire having one end fixed to the vehicle body and the other end fixed to the sunroof; and an excess length absorber for winding an excess length of the electric wire, the excess length absorber being movable together with the sunroof in a position rearward of the sunroof in the front and rear direction of the vehicle.

Guide assembly for an open-roof system and a method for maintenance of the guide assembly

In a guide assembly for an open-roof system of a vehicle, a closure member selectively covers or at least partly uncovers an opening in a vehicle roof. The assembly comprises a guide extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle; a mounting element for mounting the closure member; a first support mechanism operatively coupled to the mounting element, the first support mechanism slidably supporting the mounting element in the guide; and a second support mechanism coupled to the guide and comprising a support element slidably supporting the mounting element, the second support mechanism being configured for moving the mounting element to a tilted position, a tilt direction being substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The assembly is provided with a release mechanism for releasing the mounting element from at least one of the first support mechanism and the second support mechanism and for remounting the mounting element.

Anti-trap system for an open roof assembly

An open roof assembly is configured for providing a closable roof opening in a vehicle roof. Thereto, the open roof assembly comprises a closure member that is moveably arranged for opening and closing the roof opening and a detection system for detecting an object in the roof opening. The detection system is configured to provide an entrapment signal if a foreign object is detected in the roof opening, when the closure member is moving and a collision may occur. The detection system is further configured to provide an operating signal, when an object is detected performing a predefined action. Based on the operating signal a control unit may execute an associated function.

Wireless controllers

A wireless controller for operably controlling at least two devices. The wireless controller includes a cover portion, a base portion, a transmission mechanism and a component activation mechanism. The base portion is operably attached to the cover portion. The transmission mechanism and the component activation mechanism are each mounted to at least one of the cover portion and the base portion. The component activation mechanism causes the transmission mechanism to transmit a communication signal to the at least one of the at least two devices. When the cover portion and the base portion are in a closed configuration, the component activation mechanism is substantially covered.
