A tonneau cover comprising: (a) a plurality of panels; (b) one or more hinges between each panel of the plurality of panels so that the plurality of panels are rotatably connected together, wherein some or all of the one or more hinges include: (i) a plurality of expansion links that are movably interconnected together, some of the plurality of expansion links including: (1) one or more expansion projections; (2) one or more pockets that receive all or a portion of the one or more expansion projections from an adjacent one of the plurality of expansion links; and (3) one or more expansion stops that restricts movement of the one or more expansion projections from the adjacent one of plurality of the expansion links that extend within the one or more pockets; wherein the one or more hinges rotate so that the one or more hinges form of angle of about 90 degrees or more and about 225 degrees or less.
Multi-hinge tonneau cover
Panel joining arrangement for a vehicle canopy
provided is a panel joining arrangement for a vehicle canopy. The vehicle canopy includes at least one three panel join where a side panel, roof panel and end panel of the vehicle canopy meet. The panel joining arrangement comprises first and second lip portions formed in the side panel of the vehicle canopy and a third lip portion formed in the roof panel. The first and second lip portions are longitudinally offset and transversely overlapping in relation to a length of the side panel. The third lip portion is configured to mate with the second lip portion at the three panel join of the vehicle canopy such that the third lip portion is located adjacent to and substantially flush with the first lip portion.
Fully-embedded vehicle cover
A fully-embedded vehicle cover is disclosed, the main cross rod being maintained in parallel to the auxiliary cross rod; T-shaped embedding slots being provided on both the main cross rod and the auxiliary cross rod; T-shaped embedding bars are provided on the elastic sealing bar; the embedding bars being clamped and embedded in the embedding slots; the elastic sealing bar being used for sealing gaps between the main cross rod and the auxiliary cross rod; the longitudinal rod and the main or auxiliary cross rod being directly or indirectly sealingly matched with together to form a plurality of frames; and the cover plate being sealingly clamped and embedded in the frames. There is no fitting gap between the longitudinal rod, the main cross rod, the auxiliary cross rod, the cover plate and the elastic sealing bar in the vehicle cover, which can ensure no water leakage or seepage.
Cargo securing device, tonneau cover system, and method of use
A cargo securing device, a tonneau cover system comprising the cargo securing device, and a method of using the cargo securing device. The tonneau cover system includes a tonneau cover assembly having a tonneau cover and opposing frame rails supporting the tonneau cover on a cargo area of a vehicle. The cargo securing device includes a sleeve and an opening that provides access into the sleeve. The sleeve receives one or more panels of the tonneau cover so that the sleeve surrounds at least a portion of the one or more panels. The cargo securing device can be employed to secure cargo within the cargo area.
Truck toolbox-bed cover interfaces, integrated toolbox assemblies, and related accessories
Described is a truck toolbox-bed cover interface constructed to seals the cargo area of a vehicle between a truck bed cover and a storage container, where the truck toolbox-bed cover interface does not obstruct access to the handles on the back side of a storage container. Some implementations can include a toolbox integrated with a truck toolbox-bed cover interface, a bedcover integrated with a truck toolbox-bed cover interface, and a complete integrated assembly including a toolbox, a bedcover, and a truck toolbox-bed cover interface. Some implementations can include a toolbox with a cooler rail or a tactical rail.
