Fuel supply device
A fuel supply device includes an inlet pipe, a first end of the inlet pipe configured to be connected to an oil supply port and a second end of the inlet pipe configured to be connected to a fuel tank and an air flow path, an upstream side end of the air flow path configured to be open to the outside and a downstream side end of the air flow path configured to be connected to the fuel tank. The air flow path includes a negative pressure valve configured to move a valve body to open a valve port when the pressure in the fuel tank becomes a negative pressure and an air filter disposed upstream of the negative pressure valve.
FUEL TANK COMPRISING A CONNECTOR PIECE
A fuel tank that includes a fuel container, a filler pipe, a connecting piece member, and an annular locking element. The connecting piece member is configured to connect the filler pipe to the fuel container, and is a substantially cylindrical sheet metal shaped cross-section having a first connecting end for fastening to a first component to be connected, and a second connecting end for receipt in a second component to be connected. The second connecting end has a first portion with a first groove shaped therein. The annular locking element extends at least partially through openings of the second component to be connected at a connection point into an interior of the second component to be connected, and at the connection point, axially secures the second component to be connected relative to the connecting piece member by a positive connection on the first groove.
RESIN FILLER TUBE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
A resin filler tube includes: a tubular body; a flange that protrudes radially outward from an end of the tubular body on a fuel tank side, over an entire circumference, has a plurality of layers that are of same kinds as those of the tubular body, has outer faces all of which are formed of an outermost layer material, and has a first end face, in an axial direction, forming a weld surface to be welded to an outer circumferential edge of an opening hole of the fuel tank; and a leading end tubular portion extending from a radially inner portion of the flange toward a leading end of the filler tube, and having an annular recessed groove formed at a portion of an outer circumferential surface on the flange side, over an entire circumference, for storing a melt burr generated in welding of the first end face.
RESIN FILLER TUBE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME
A resin filler tube includes: a tubular body; a flange having a diameter greater than an outer diameter of the tubular body, a thickness greater than a thickness of the tubular body, and a predetermined width in an axial direction, and having a first axial end face forming a weld surface to be welded to an outer circumferential edge of an opening hole of a fuel tank; and a base-end-side reverse tapered portion which connects between an end of the tubular body on the fuel tank side and an end of an outer circumferential surface of the flange on a side opposite to the fuel tank side, and which is reversely tapered so as to increase a diameter toward the flange. The base-end-side reverse tapered portion has an inner diameter that is not less than an inner diameter of the tubular body over an entire range in the axial direction.
Closure assembly for fuel-tank filler neck
A fuel tank filler apparatus comprises a capless filler neck closure adapted to be mated with an outer end of a fuel-tank filler neck. The capless filler neck closure may be removable from the fuel-tank filler neck for service or repair.
Fuel tank fill pipe assembly
The present disclosure is directed to a fuel tank fill pipe assembly configured to conduct liquid fuel from a fuel-dispensing nozzle to a fuel tank. The fuel tank fill pipe assembly includes a filler head assembly shaped to receive the fuel-dispensing nozzle and a filler pipe that extends from the filler head assembly toward the fuel tank. In illustrated embodiments, a coupler is included for attaching the filler head assembly to the filler pipe while blocking fuel vapor from escaping the fuel tank fill pipe assembly so that hydrocarbons present in the fuel vapor are not released into the environment.
Capless closure assembly for fuel-tank filler pipe
A capless filler pipe closure is provided for a tank filler pipe. The capless closure permits a fuel pump nozzle to be inserted into the tank filler pipe without first removing a fuel cap form the outer end of the tank filler pipe.
Capless closure assembly for fuel-tank filler pipe
A capless filler pipe closure is provided for a tank filler pipe. The capless closure permits a fuel pump nozzle to be inserted into the tank filler pipe without first removing a fuel cap from the outer end of the tank filler pipe.
FUEL FILLER PIPE
A tubular fuel filler pipe body is a blow molded body and is adapted to connect to a fuel tank at one end thereof. The fuel filler pipe body includes in an outer circumferential surface of another end side thereof an annular recessed groove. The fuel filler pipe body includes an opening of the other end thereof to which a nozzle guide is mounted. The nozzle guide includes on an one end side thereof an annular covering portion configured to cover annularly the outer circumferential surface of the other end side of the fuel filler pipe body. An annular rubber sealing member configured to seal between an inner circumferential surface of the annular recessed groove and an inner circumferential surface of the annular covering portion fits with the annular recessed groove.
Plastic Filler Neck for Vehicles
A plastic filler neck for vehicles includes a fuel injection pipe, a retainer inserted and fastened into an internal space of a tip of the fuel injection pipe to support a refueling gun, a cap holder directly fastened to the tip of the fuel injection pipe by fusion, and an air drain casing mounted, by a mounting bracket, to an outer diameter portion of the cap holder fastened to the fuel injection pipe.
