ACTUATING MECHANISM TO ACTUATE A LOADING OR FUEL FILLER FLAP
An actuating mechanism for actuating a charging or fueling flap on a charging or fueling compartment received on or in a body component of a vehicle, wherein the charging or fueling flap is reversibly movable between a closed position and an open position, wherein a flap lock is provided for locking the charging or fueling flap in its closed position. The actuating mechanism includes a drive having a drive shaft, which is operatively connectable to the charging or fueling flap such that, upon rotation of the drive shaft, the charging or fueling flap is movable relative to the charging or fueling compartment. The actuating mechanism further includes a mechanical control or switching mechanism, which is configured such that, upon rotation of the drive shaft to manipulate the flap lock, a rotational movement of the drive shaft can be tapped with the aid of the mechanical control or switching mechanism.
CHARGING FLAP ARRANGEMENT FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A charging flap arrangement (3) has a charging flap housing (6) which configures a recess (7) for arranging a charging plug coupling (8). The recess (7) configures the charging plug opening (5) opposite the charging plug coupling (8). The charging flap arrangement includes a charging flap (9) for closing the charging plug opening (5), an electric locking device (10) for locking the charging flap (9) which has been adjusted into a closed position, and an emergency unlocking mechanism (13) which makes opening of the charging flap (9) possible if the electric locking device (10) fails in the case of a locked charging flap (9).
Vehicle door assembly
A door assembly that includes a pocket having a biasing bore configured to accommodate a biasing member; a bezel attached to the pocket; and a door having a cam and at least one axle. The bezel has at least one axle slot. The at least one axle is received into the at least one axle slot and the biasing member is configured to apply an urging force onto the cam.
Vehicle lid device
The lid device for vehicle includes a link member supporting a lid to open and close; and a basing member moving the lid from a fully-closed position to a first reference position which is a partly-open position, and moving the lid from a second reference position which is further in the open direction than the first reference position to a fully-open position. The link member includes first and second link members pivotally supported at one end on the rear side of the lid, and pivotally supported at the other end within the housing. The biasing member has a pop-up contact part for switching the lid from the closed position to the first reference position, and a deadlock contact part inner surface for switching between biasing toward the first reference position and biasing toward the fully opening position with the second reference position in between.
Tank flap or charging flap arrangement
A tank flap or charging flap arrangement, for a vehicle, includes a housing body and a tank flap or charging flap which is mounted on the housing body via a hinge arm so as to be pivotable between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the hinge arm is received in a receiving space of the housing body and, in the open position, protrudes at least partially out of the receiving space. A cover is arranged on the housing body or the hinge arm and covers the receiving space when the tank or charging flap is in the open position.
Actuating device for actuated opening of a cover
An actuating device for opening and closing a cover in or on a vehicle includes a housing, a rotatable plunger, a spring that preloads the plunger into a discharge position, and an actuating sleeve into which the plunger can be introduced. At least one actuating groove extends helically around the longitudinal axis of the actuating sleeve and is formed on the inside of the sleeve. At least one actuating projection of the plunger engages into the actuating groove when the plunger is introduced into the actuating sleeve causing the plunger to rotate about its longitudinal axis during an axial relative movement between the actuating sleeve and the plunger. A blocking device blocks plunger movement into the discharge position to hold the plunger in a locked position. A spring element preloads the blocking device into a blocking position, and an actuator disengages the blocking device from the blocking position.
FUEL LID OPENER
A fuel lid opener has: a case that is mounted to an outer peripheral surface of a side wall of a lid box at which a fuel lid is pivotally supported so as to be able to open and close; a lifter that is supported at the case so as to be able to rotate around an axis that runs along a plate surface direction of the fuel lid that is in a closed state, and that has an arm portion that extends in a rotation radial direction within the lid box, and a distal end portion of the arm portion engages with the fuel lid that is in the closed state from a reverse surface side; and a heart cam mechanism that is provided within the case, and that, each time the arm portion of the lifter is push-operated in one direction around the axis via the fuel lid, causes the lifter to alternately repeat rotation in one direction and in another direction around the axis, and that pushes the fuel lid open due to rotation of the lifter in the another direction.
DEVICE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING CHARGING DOOR
A device configured for opening and closing a charging door may include a guide rail mounted to be long in a charging hole in a longitudinal direction thereof, an actuator configured to provide a driving force, and a charging door engaged to the actuator and configured to be concealed and moved in the charging hole along the guide rail according to the driving force received from the actuator in a state of being closed to open the charging hole.
VEHICLE FUEL DOOR BIASING SYSTEMS
This disclosure is directed to vehicle fuel systems that include door biasing systems for controlling the opening and/or closing of a fuel door of the fuel systems. In a first embodiment, a dual spring door biasing system controls the operation of the fuel door. In a second embodiment, a wind closed door biasing system controls the operation of the fuel door.
FLAP OPENING AND CLOSING MECHANISM
A flap opening and closing mechanism includes a flap and a lock member. The flap includes a first engagement member, and is pivotally supported on a vehicle body side. The flap opens and closes an opening in an outer plate of a vehicle body. The lock member locks the flap. The lock member includes a body to be mounted on the vehicle body side, a swing member pivotally supported on the body, a second engagement member, and an adjustor. The second engagement member is engaged with the first engagement member, and provided in the swing member. The adjustor allows for a rotational movement of the body about a rotation shaft of the swing member to the vehicle body in a state where the body is temporarily fixed to the vehicle body side. The lock member locks the swing member at a position corresponding to the closing position of the flap.
