A fuel lid structure includes: a lid box constituting a fuel opening portion of a vehicle body; a lid hinge that is made of resin and is pivotable with respect to the lid box; a fuel lid body pivotably attached to the lid box via the lid hinge; and an alerting unit configured to alert a replenishment worker to a body or the like of the replenishment worker hitting the fuel lid body in an open state by at least one of imparting of a sense of resistance and emission of a sound.

LID MOUNTING STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF MOUNTING LID

A box and a lid that form a fuel filler hole or a charging socket of a car body, the lid including a lid mounting part, and a box mounting arm including a box engaging pin. An open/close spring is attached to the box mounting arm. The box includes a box body, and an arm housing part extending from the box body and including an arm guide that guides the box mounting arm. The box engaging pin of the box mounting arm of the lid is guided into the arm guide of the box and attached to an arm engaging part of the box, while the open/close spring abuts on a connecting point (a spring mounting portion) between an inclined part and a step part of the arm housing part.

Vehicle body structure and coating method of vehicle body

A component that is assembled to a vehicle body can be temporarily fastened to a position different from an original assembling position, and can be favorably coated, without using a special jig. A fuel lid cover (33) is temporarily fastened to a rear door (43) that is different from a predetermined assembling position, with use of an opening portion (33K) of a hinge (33) that is attached to the fuel lid cover (32). Further, the vehicle body (10) is provided with a flange portion that functions as a step portion that forms a space between the hinge (33) of the fuel lid cover (32) and the vehicle body (10), when the fuel lid cover (32) is temporarily fastened.
