VEHICULAR CHARGE PORT OR FUEL FILL CLOSURE SYSTEM WITH ACTUATOR AND INTEGRATED LOCK
20240109409 · 2024-04-04 ·

A vehicular closure system includes a cover panel configured to mount at a vehicle. A deployment mechanism is coupled to the cover panel and electrically operable to move the cover panel between a closed position and an opened position. When the cover panel is in the closed position, a detent interface of the vehicular closure system is engaged to prevent the cover panel from being manually moved from the closed position. When the cover panel is in the closed position, and responsive to operation of the deployment mechanism to move the cover panel from the closed position toward the opened position, the detent interface is moved out of engagement to allow for movement of the cover panel from the closed position toward the opened position. With the detent interface moved out of engagement, operation of the deployment mechanism moves the cover panel from the closed position toward the opened position.

Vehicle including a cap that is automatically separated from a vehicle body

Provided is a vehicle including: an image acquisition unit; a cap provided on a body of the vehicle and configured to open and close a replenishing port for replenishing an energy source; a driving unit allowing the cap to be separated or connected from/to the body; and a controller configured to determine an intention of a user to replenish the energy source on the basis of an image acquired by the image acquisition unit, and control the driving unit such that the cap is automatically separated from the body in response to determining that the intention of the user to replenish the energy source exists.

Small-sized construction machine

A cap holder (21) that is attached to the inner surface side of a fuel filling door (19) in a state of facing an inner surface of the fuel filling door (19) with an interval in order to hold a cap (11K) removed from a fuel tank (11) and a lock (22) that locks the fuel filling door (19) from the outside in a state where the fuel filling door (19) closes a fuel filling opening (18) are provided on the fuel filling door (19). The lock (22) has a lock lever (22C) that rotationally moves between a locking position where the fuel filing door (19) maintains a state of closing the fuel filling opening (18) and an unlocking position where the fuel filling door (19) allows opening of the fuel filling opening (18). This lock lever (22C) is configured by a long member a base end of which is rotatably attached to the fuel filling door (19) and a leading end of which is allowed to enter a gap between the fuel filling door (19) and the cap holder (21).

The invention relates to a lock for a fuel tank cap or tailboard in a vehicle, comprising a locking bolt (1) which can be adjusted between an open and a closed position by opening and closing the cap or tailboard. Said fuel tank cap lock, in the housing (2) of the lock, is positively driven counter to the force of a compression spring (4) in the direction of its longitudinal axis (6) and about its longitudinal axis (6).

Lid Lock for Refueling or Charging Port
20240159095 · 2024-05-16 ·

The present disclosure provides a lid lock for a refueling or charging port having: a lifting shaft; a worm wheel; and a worm shaft. The worm wheel and the worm shaft are configured such that the worm shaft rotates in a first direction to drive the worm wheel to rotate, thereby driving the lifting shaft to perform a descending movement in an axial direction of the lifting shaft and then perform a rotational movement to expose a refueling or charging port for supplying fuel or electricity. In some examples, the worm shaft rotates in a second direction to drive the worm wheel to rotate, thereby driving the lifting shaft to perform a rotational movement and then perform an ascending movement in the axial direction of the lifting shaft to close the refueling or charging port. The present disclosure provides an internally retractable lid lock for a refueling or charging port. An internal space between an outer sheet metal of a vehicle and a refueling and charging port is fully utilized, so that a lid can be opened in the internal space, which not only is not limited by an external environment, but also reduces the possibility of damaging parts.

Flip cover actuation assembly, and refueling port or charging port flip cover assembly comprising same

A flip cover actuation assembly for actuating a flip cover is movably mounted on a base. The flip cover actuation assembly has a locking means, a hinge means, a drive shaft and a drive member. The drive shaft has a fitting portion. The hinge means is installed around the fitting portion. An engagement structure is provided on a receiving portion of the hinge means. The engagement structure enables the receiving portion and the fitting portion to rotatably engage or separate such that the drive shaft moves the flip cover relative to the hinge means. The locking or releasing of the flip cover and the opening and closing of the flip cover is achieved by the drive shaft with the drive member. In addition, the releasing and the opening of the flip cover are achieved at different times to avoid any interferences.
