Provided is a vehicle control device and a control method thereof. The vehicle control device provided in a vehicle includes a display unit, a sensing unit configured to sense information associated with the vehicle, and a processor configured to bend at least one part of the display unit based on the information associated with the vehicle.
DEVICE FOR ARRANGING IN A MOTOR VEHICLE, MOTOR VEHICLE HAVING A DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A DEVICE
A motor vehicle includes a display device designed for depicting objects, a computing device for controlling the display device, and a stowage unit in which a first end region of the display device is inserted. In a stowage position of the display device, the entire display device is inserted in the stowage unit, and, starting from the stowage position, a useful region of the display device is extendable out of the stowage unit by a predeterminable use distance. The display device is lockable at different length values of the use distance, and therefore a plurality of different use positions results, and the computing device is designed to adjust the depiction of the objects depending on the current length value of the use distance.
Vehicle display device and vehicle comprising same
The present invention relates to a vehicle display device comprising: a display unit comprising a transparent flexible display disposed in a state of being rolled around a certain axis; a driving unit for adjusting the length of a region, of the transparent flexible display, exposed inside the vehicle; and a processor for controlling the driving unit and controlling the display of a picture on the transparent flexible display.
DISPLAY DEVICE FOR OUTPUTTING PIXEL-BASED DISPLAY CONTENT, CARRIER ELEMENT FOR THE DISPLAY DEVICE, AND MOTOR VEHICLE HAVING THE DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device to display content, comprising a display film to display the content; and a flexible carrier element including a rear side which bears the display film; and a rolling mechanism to allow at least a part of the display film and at least a part of the flexible carrier element to roll about a rolling-up axis so as to form a roll shape. The flexible carrier element is configured as a carrier film on which is configured a support structure that projects perpendicular from the carrier film and extends on a side of the carrier film facing away from the display film. The support structure has a plurality of cells open on one side and delimited on an opposite side by a cell base with cell sides delimited by cell walls projecting perpendicular where a cell wall is shared in pairs to thereby form a honeycomb structure.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device and a method for controlling a display device are provided. The display device includes a flexible display module and a bracket. The flexible display module includes a supporting backplate; the supporting backplate is located on a backlight side of the flexible display module; the flexible display module also includes a plurality of sensor devices; the bracket is fixed to the supporting backplate through a universal structure; one end of the universal structure is fixed to the supporting backplate; another end of the universal structure is fixed to the bracket; the plurality of sensor devices are electrically connected to the universal structure through a first motor component; and/or, the supporting backplate includes a hinge component and the plurality of sensor devices are electrically connected to the hinge component through a second motor component.
Vehicular display assembly with micro-LED display
A vehicular display assembly includes a pixelated display having a plurality of micro-LEDs disposed at a substrate. Packing density of micro-LEDs of the plurality of micro-LEDs at the substrate is at least 10 micro-LEDs per square centimeter. Each individual micro-LED of the plurality of micro-LEDs, when the vehicular display assembly is operated to emit light, may pass less than 4 mA electrical current. The vehicular display assembly is configured to be disposed at a portion of a vehicle equipped with the vehicular display assembly. With the vehicular display assembly disposed at the portion of the equipped vehicle, light emitted by the plurality of micro-LEDs, when the vehicular display assembly is operated to emit light, is viewable at the portion of the equipped vehicle.
