DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VEHICLE SEAT
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat control apparatus and a control method thereof. The present invention is based on a structure in which a hall sensor is applied to a seat motor for providing an operation power of a power seat, and a seat caught situation is judged through a sensing operation of the hall sensor and a maximum current is supplied to the seat motor in the present invention. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of solving the seat caught situation by improving the operation mode of the seat control apparatus to which the soft start mode is applied.
VEHICLE SEAT ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY
A vehicle seat bracket assembly is provided that includes a bracket connected to a vehicle seat structure and including one or more retention features. The vehicle seat bracket assembly also includes an electrical connector module receivably connected to the bracket via the one or more retention features. The vehicle seat bracket assembly further includes one or more electrical control modules connected to the electrical connector module.
SEAT MODULE FOR CABLE ARRANGEMENT
A seat module attached to a seat having mechanical parts for seat actuation in a motor vehicle includes at least one mechanical control cable for the seat actuation, and a module plate formed with a mounting feature for attaching to the seat and a retention feature for attaching the mechanical control cable. An end portion of the mechanical control cable is temporarily stowed on the module plate in a pre-assembled state where the mechanical control cable is attached to the module plate, and the end portion of the mechanical control cable is connected to the mechanical parts of the seat in an assembled state where the module plate with the attached mechanical control cable is securely mounted to the seat.
SEAT SITTING PART VIBRATION DEVICE
A seat seating portion vibrating apparatus with high reliability and high durability. The seat seating portion vibrating apparatus includes an electric motor that comprises a rotary shaft that is disposed along a seating surface of a seat; a weight that is attached to the rotary shaft; and a case for containing the electric motor and the weight therein. The case is provided therein with a wiring space for flexing and connecting a harness for the electric motor, and is provided with a harness extending portion wherein the harness extends downward, perpendicular to the seating surface.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR THE COMFORT EQUIPMENT OF A PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLE SEAT MODULE, SEAT MODULE AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING COMFORT EQUIPMENT
Disclosed is a device for controlling comfort equipment of a passenger transport vehicle seat module. With the control device including: a control unit, a transmitter/receiver intended to receive an adjusting command and to transmit it to the control unit; the control unit being able to transmit the adjusting command received to a piece of comfort equipment, a locking device including a maneuvering member, the locking device prevents the transmission of the adjusting command of the transmitter/receiver to the piece of comfort equipment, when the maneuvering member is actuated.
Power Supply Connection For Power Long Rail Assembly
A long rail assembly for use in a vehicle includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, a power strip, a latch power connector, and a channel power connector. The fixed rail extends longitudinally along a floor of the vehicle. The movable rail is slidably coupled to the fixed rail. The power strip is coupled to the fixed rail. The latch power connector is removably coupled to the movable rail. The channel power connector is fixedly coupled to the movable rail and is in constant sliding contact with the power strip. When the latch power connector is coupled to the movable rail, the latch power connector frictionally engages the channel power connector thereby generating an electrical bridge between the power strip and the latch power connector to provide power to the long rail assembly.
Armrest hinge with cable pass-through
A vehicle armrest assembly includes a seat frame. An armrest is attached to the seat frame for relative rotational movement about a pivot axis. The armrest includes a hinge that includes a hinge pass-through. The hinge pass-through is located around the pivot axis. The armrest includes an electronic module. A module line extends from the electronic module to a connector mounted on the seat frame. The module line is located partially within the hinge pass-through.
CABLE HOLDER
Provided is a cable holder including a strap arranged in parallel with any one of a wire inserted into a car seat or a cable inserted into the seat, a fastening device which integrally couples the strap with one of the wire or the cable, and a tie which is coupled with the strap and coupled with another one of the wire or the cable.
Member mounting bracket
A mounting bracket for supporting a member on a frame assembly of a seat assembly includes a base with a mounting feature provided on a first side and a plurality of attachment features provided on a second side. The mounting features are adapted to engage a frame assembly of the seat assembly, and the attachment features are adapted to engage the member.
Routing structure of electric wires
A routing structure for routing an electric wire to a vehicle seat includes: a first cushion portion attached to the vehicle seat; and the electric wire fixed to the first cushion portion.
